If I could would give it a zero. Does not try every option to overcome obstacles. Going to another branch for business I suggest you do the same.

I went over to chase about a year ago, first of all, they kept trying to make me talk to people about investing some of my money and continued on and when I said I have to leave they kept going and I would be stuck there until I would have to abruptly get out, talk about MONEY hungryTHEN; when promised by switching to their bank in a year I could easily deposit some savings bonds, a year comes and I’m told treasury directWhen they were then tryint to deposit the small ones, they couldn’t even figure out how to access my account and kept telling me to put my card in, as it was saying to remove my card and couldn’t understand why it wouldn’t workALL I’m going to say is RUNNNNNThey don’t know what they are doingAnd they give you false informationAnd then harass you about meeting with themIt’s so disgusting

Worst bank experience ever! Sabe yourselves from the trouble and open a bank account elsewhere.1. I had to leave my name and number to call for them to call me and schedule an appointment- 2 weeks later nothing2. I had to call them myself and create an appointment which I succesfully did (woth the female banker)3. My appointment is at 9am and I waited 45 mins and watched the bankers just chitchat about nothingness. Complete disregard of people’s times and work. Such a hassle

I visited this branch today and was disgusted with customer service. I booked an appointment to open a new account for my nephew. Let me mention ,I already have other accounts and was looking to use Chase to purchase my home. After today that will be a big fat NOOOOOO!Back to my story, when I arrived I let the teller know I had an appointment at 12. Who do I wait for? The young lady that was taking care of another group of people. So the young lady then ask what was my name and to check my email to see if I had an appointment with her. I checked it an I was at the wrong branch. She then told me to wait for her co worker he didn’t have any appointments. So I waited for him to come out. Once he came out I told him what she said he told me I had to wait so he can see who was there. According to her they were her appointments. So another customer that was waiting on that particular young lady to help her jump up to ask him if I had an appointment that I wasn’t next. He proceeded to take those other people and not see me. I didn’t mention I was standing the entire time on a foot I had surgery on there they knew it. Anyway I waited patiently until now the young lady to be finished with her customer there was no one left sitting and waiting. I asked her can she now help me she told me no she was going to lunch. After I waited 45 minutes patiently I left. I called customer service and now I’m writing this review. I will be closing all my accounts due to this behavior. I never came out of character like the other customers did and they got service. Y’all need to work on the two in the cubicles. I could take this incident somewhere else, but I’m not going there. The young lady name was Yamalette not sure if i spelled it right but today was a short day she could have took me. Chase count ur days! I’m done

Broken arm machines all the time. The hardest working person is the security because clearly nobody else cares at all. Take 10 mins and drive to a better bank

Chase closed all of my accounts, stating that it is no longer beneficial to them to continue a relationship with me. WTH. Never a bounced check. 4 credit cards with low or 0 balances. 760+ credit score. Good income. WTH. Several calls to customer service and corporate, and no one can explain why. It has severely disrupted my financial transactions. I'm also a small business owner, and they closed my business account. Anyone else had this experience? I see a few people complaining online about the same thing. No reasoning. I am perplexed and pissed. Never again Chase. I see Elon Musk feels the same way!

Been a client of Chase for 15 years, and will never even consider changing. Always the best customer's service, always listening to the customer. Sometime they do not answer on the branch, but that is ok.

This African a American lady that works at this branch (short red hair), has the worst attitude ever, do not ever says hello, always have a long face. Her attitude really bother me because I come in the branch early in the morning and the last thing a person needs to start the day is to have to deal with long faces and ugly attitude. Like lady please we all have issues if you don't like your job simply leave and go to a place that make be a better person.

Staff are great, been going to this branch for almost 4 years. They are friendly, attentative and know their job. The reason I give it 3 stars instead of 5 is because if you need to sit with a consultant to open accounts, ask questions etc , you'll be waiting for awhile, because they literally have just 1 person doing that job. This has been going on for at least the last 4 years I've been going there. They need more consultants. You could end up waiting hours but i leave (frustrated) before I get to that. The ATMs have been "out of order" many times too.
