(FOR THE LAST TIME I WILL TRY YOUR STORE AT CENTRAL PARK AVE, Because my little girl WANTS her birthday there.
Let’s see WHAT HAPPENS AND HOW IS YHE SERVICE.
THEY DONT CARE to MAKE A BEAUTIFUL AND FUNNY BIRTHDAY-THEY JUST RENT THE SPACE.
Keep it on mind.
If you pretend pay a PARTY PACKAGE and this location or another CHUCK E CHEESE LOCATION keep on mind that you are paying for the tables and a few little toys. However, if you want a place where you pay for the CHARACTER or the employees do any fun activity with the kids Chuck E Cheese is not the place you are looking for.
Chuck E Cheese CHACARCTER REALLY REALLY REAYLLY EXTREMELY BOTHER. And the EMPLOYEES (not as in The past, few years ago) THEY JUST BRING THE GOODIE BAGS AND THATS ALL.
THEY HAVE LOST THE EMPHATY with the BIRTHDAY KID, so they just are ACTING LIKE RENTING A SPACE AND THATS ALL.
THATS why I NEVER PAY TO CELEBRATE A BIRTHDAY IN CHUCK E CHEESE.
I will TRY IT FOR THE LAST TIME ON THIS NEXT WEEK OF JANUARY 19 2026.
And I will update my REVIEW.

My two year old loves chuck e cheese. I feel this specific location need more mantainace on the games but besides that is ok.

Beautiful and amazing birthday 🎂. The manager was amazing, helpful and thoughtful and the service was on point. I would definitely celebrate a birthday in this location 💯 (it's hard in this time to find a place with such integrity)

They really do their best for the children's birthday's they clean up and that's half the battle. The games need a serious updating.

Horrible service 10/28 around 6:30-9pm the young lady at the front had a serious attitude the whole time. Didn’t want to help and very rude. I wish I got her name.

My sister and i recently got a membership about 2 months ago we have 2 infants who enjoy going. Although we enjoy our trip every time the manager is very very unwelcoming. Ive noticed plenty of bad reviews about her ! Maybe they should replace her and put her somewhere where she doesnt have to be so interactive with other customers maybe the kitchen or something in the back back to avoid giving such a nasty attitude to all the customers. She wouldn’t appreciate anyone treating her like that.

We had a great time! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. My son especially loved the games and couldn’t stop talking about how much he enjoyed it!
