I never had a problem with this place up until recently. Their cleaning jobs have gotten so lazy over the past year to the point where I can just do a better job myself! Today I just had it and I'm not coming back here. I paid for first place which includes what the pictures I attached are. Does this look clean to you at all??? I wasted almost 30 bucks for something I could've done myself. Absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied!! If this looks clean to you then I must be nuts!!!!

Always one of the best price gas station in the area with convenient store and location by cross county. Been coming here for years and staffs are usually very nice. Reason for one star off is for a rude lady, not sure if she is the owner, usually more dress up, who is consistently unpleasant to interact with and is consistently in bad mood every time I see her. Would give smart comment despite asking simple and straightforward question. If she is the owner, I would thank the staffs as they are one of the main reason I am still a consistent customer. Cash and credit card is different price here.

To the owner of this gas station please fire and get rid of the Arab looking guy in front of the counter. He gave me dirty looks winking and licking his lips together when I asked to use the restroom. I’m only 16 and he proceeded to follow me to the bathroom I screamed and ran out with my life!!!! I will never come to this gas station because of how scary it was. I urge every woman please stand your ground and don’t be a victim of this person. He has a beard and very scary looking!! Please call 911

I still love this car wash in oil change location. But what I discovered today was very alarming to me. They changed my oil in December on my 2004 grand Marquis and when I changed the oil myself today I found that they put in the wrong oil filter. They put in an oil filter that is half the size of what was needed. That was causing my oil pressure issues and it could have been catastrophic for my engine because of the pressure that was being built up from the undersized filter. I will say that I won't use them to change my oil ever again.The gold filter is the correct filter I purchased the black filter is the undersized filter put in by Cross County car wash in December

The owner is very sweet lady, but one employee a Puerto Rican lady is very rude and racism with all the customers, she don’t like that customers to used the store bathroom, specifically then she knows are the one making the line for dmv road test that is right across the street from the store. That is bad business and horrible customer service,. Very bad service
