I had a disappointing experience with Sara. While she started off well, things quickly went downhill. During the manicure, my nails were still visibly dirty when she began applying clear polish — I honestly thought she hadn’t finished cleaning them yet. It was shocking to see polish being applied over unclean nails.
Sara did my manicure, and unfortunately, I also let her do my pedicure. I regret that decision — three weeks later, my feet are rough, which was never an issue for me before.
I want to note that the owner does excellent manicures, and I’ve had good experiences in the past. However, I can’t recommend Sara after this and previous visits. Also, be cautious about the buffing tools they use — they seem to damage the nails. I suggest requesting alternatives or skipping that step entirely.

Very clean place, always on time Kathy and all the girls are great and have patience with me when I take a long time to choose my nail polish. Lol I recommend this pace 100 %

Judy is precise as a surgeon! I'm not kidding! What a careful, detailed, professional shop. I've found my go-to nail home! You get what you pay for- and this is top quality. If you can't handle mistakes try Coco, you won't be disappointed!

This is a well overdue review: I moved to Yonkers about 2 years ago after living in the nyc my entire life. I've always been super picky about mani pedi service and could never find someone I truly loved. When I moved, I just decided to visit the salon closest to me and see how it goes- best decision I've ever made. The service is great, I'm never disappointed. You schedule your appointment, you come in, and you leave in a timely manner because they are expecting you. Don't be late and don't cancel last minute- they have a strict policy and I appreciate that too! The manicurist is a perfectionist and super clean and careful. She's probably the best I've ever had my entire life lol not kidding. Also * TIP YOUR SERVICE PEOPLE* don't be that person! They also offer other services like lashes, waxing etc- I can't speak on that because I've never done either but I'm sure it'll probably be great too.

I had a horrible experience here with a UV Gel manicure. I was charged $80.00 dollars for this manicure, I was left with uneven, stubby and rounded nails. My nails look like the person who did my nails had never done this before. I won’t add her name as I think her work should speak for the entire establishment. I was charged $10.00 extra dollars for extensions but only two nails were given extensions. I had a gel pedicure which was fine, but I can’t believe I was charged this much money for such a low quality job. I will never return here. My nails are 4 days old in the picture.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 25 years!!! I wish the old owner Jun never left…she was the BEST! I stopped coming here years ago because of an unfriendly experience with the new owners. I came back because it’s close to my house and convenient for me but I will unfortunately have to look for another nail salon again. These new owners DO NOT know the first thing about customer service or customer loyalty!!! Not only have I experienced this first hand but I have witnessed them being rude to other people as well…RUDE AF!!!

Friendly people but have no idea what they are doing. I asked for short and round and somehow they managed to give me all coffin shaped or no shape nails! And before you read this just know i said something 3 times very nicely. I never write reviews but i left walked out crying.

Come here as a walk in about once every 4 weeks but for some reason it's always difficult to get in because they don't prepare for walk-ins. Usually good service but the look on their faces everytime I walk through their door. I guess I'll go elsewhere from now on. IJS....

I walked in to this place excited to finally get my nails done after becoming a new mom and they were so rudeeeee!!! I couldn’t believe I felt so embarrassed and walked out .

Christie the owner does the best eyelashes. Great atmosphere. Very clean and neat. Highly recommended
