Tony is a great guy. However he has an associate named Manny Reyes. DO NOT DEAL WITH THAT GUY. Once you sign the contract they dont care about you. i got my 2017 Acura ilx with a noise up front when i told Manny he said call me next day ill fix it. He never answered the phone Again also promised me a commission on a deal if i get anyone i took 7 people only got paid for one and thats because tony steppped in. Sorry tony but Manny is bad business Concept can do fine on their own Cut manny off Hes bad for your business. Hes false advertising and putting your name on it!

Great customer service with kind and understanding staff that will go the distance to help out. Thank god i had the pleasure to do business with them. Everyone wanted to take advantage of a noob but they saved me and got me a very good 1st car. Cant ask for more. Ask for Andrew that sales man was kind and understanding of my situation, he made me feel very comfortable and got me through the process with minimal discomfort.

I have been buying cars from Tony since 2010 I bought around 5-6 cars since then he always helped me out let me know everything upfront no hidden issues treated me like family and if once in a while you have a problem remember it's a used car you buying so little Maintenance is required but other then that fantastic dealership to buy cars if anyone in my family need a car concept auto group is that stop for me five star service all the way once or twice Tony even delivered car to my home on the weekend so that tells you what you need to know about this dealership stay blessed and keep up the good work.
