Wow I thought Saturdays and Sundays were busy so are Fridays great products and lines move quickly. Plenty of parking but it's not for the in a rush person.... Don't go . You need time patience and maybe caffeinated drink to get your Costco experience done.

Overall great placeThey have everything from electronics and housewares. Seasonal surprises all types of fresh meat and fish to already prepped dinners. A produce and dairy sections and a freezer cooler section. Paper plates garbage bags cleaning supplies pet food and Health and beauty. A pharmacy optical and hearing aid specialty. And a food court that still serves the biggest hot dog and a drink with refills for just a $1.50 They also have a clothing section as well as a small media section, furniture is sold seasonally and roadshows pop up demo products. Well worth the 120 bucks for membership when you receive 2% cash back on almost all purchases. I can literally do all my shopping in one place and earn up to 4% cash back if I have their credit card. Go sign up check it out and if it's not for you then you are guaranteed a refund on your membership at anytime during your paid active membership

The worst customer service experience. They have three people to do customer returns and one person to do membership information. I'm waiting to get my membership information and have been on long for over 30 minutes mind you they opened at 10:00 am. I was just asked if I needed assistance by a guy name Derrick, and then he went back to helping the people he was helping . Multitasking is definitely not a requirement to work here. I honestly can not give them a full one star. If they had a half a star that would have been my recommendation. And their attitudes' are ridiculous. They act as if they are doing customer a favor.

this costco is simply a wild animal zoo. it's complete chaos. why people think costco is an appropriate place to bring the entire family is beyond me. truly, families of 10, including the 3 month old infant to 92 year old granny, walk thru this costco like nomadic tribes. i say nomadic tribes because a family of 8 will set up camp, almost claiming territory wherever they can find space in the store, hang out there for 30 minutes, then move on the hunt for their next campsite. it's nearly impossible for the rest of us normal customers to walk thru the store. granny's that literally have dimensia & schizophrenia are brought to costco for their weekly playtime. it's truly wild & grossly irresponsible & insane. mentally unwell elderly people get lost regularly in this costco, sparking a search party for them thru the store. you hear it on the loud speaker all the time. yes, that's correct, Costco has to issue amber alert type announcements. and forget about checkout.... you can't even tell if there's a line bc so many family's just set up camp in the main aisle. once u do find the register line you can expect to wait about 30 minutes. this is because inevitably once people scan their 600 items at self checkout, they're surprised to learn you cannot pay in cash or foreign currency. or the best is, this is my favorite, as they're scanning their items thy realize they forgot something. but rather than cancel their checkout order to keep the line moving, they stay at the register while one of their 18 relatives goes back to fetch the item at their leisure. i've watched people hold up the registers for upwards of 20 minutes waiting for their family to come back with the missing items. the self checkout staff says nothing & does nothing to keep the ever growing line moving. the clientele of this costco are not functioning members of society. it's as if they've been living among wild animals in caves for the last 15 years. and the costco employees act as if this is all normal,

Costco delivery left us stranded with a fully boxed cooking range when we paid them for their delivery and setup.

Costco is my go to, especially for basics like milk, eggs, etc.. I'd rather pay Costco prices and throw out some unused then get less and pay more at a grocery store. Returns are easy and no hassle.

So I usually love going to Costco but I don't enjoy going to this particular one but this is the one that is the closest to me. This Costco is not well stocked and it's not as organized as other Costco's I've been to. The customer service section is always packed and the lines a super long. I think the store is short staffed and they are in need of more workers. I think the eggs and milk section should have a better selection and sometimes the meat section is lacking. Overall, Costco provides good prices and love coming here to buy most of the household replenishables and food since I can save money especially now that I have two almost teenage boys. I think this costo can do better and can improve in many areas.

My friend described her Costco visit with her little ones and in-laws as like the sixth ring of hell. . Haha. That is how I feel alone while visiting. I had flashbacks to my terrible Costco Norwalk visit many years ago. It all feels too dirty, germy and I am not sure I could ever step foot in it again. I went as a 'trial' b/c my sister belongs and I wanted the 'super cheap' fruit for my juicing she said they sell here that is good uality... It was actually pretty good. But the other prices I was checking out--- I just don't see the savings at all if you are a very small family or couple. And the lines...AHH. Maybe someone can tell me I'm wrong. I'm just not a big box warehouse kinda person I guess but I do wish this store seemed cleaneri,

There is a woman (youngish 30's) South Asian, who is targeting older adults in the parking lot as of 7/16/22. This person informed my mother that she was pregnant and pulled out a map and said she "her own mother was lost" trying to get to Costco, while my mom was loading her groceries. Then she proceeded to pick pocket my mother, and charge $2800 to Costco with her ID and Costco card, and $2000 at footlocker and another $2000 at Best Buy within the hour. These are obviously professional thieves. If you see someone targeting vulnerable adults in the Costco Parking lot, PLEASE INFORM COSTCO SECURITY AND THE AUTHORITIES. I hope this can help someone to NOT go through this nightmare.

Costco is not what it use to be, for me anyway. This whole membership headache is just a way to take money form you. And when there are new bugger super stores opening Costco just not that mach of a hot store anymore. I find myself coming here less and less.

I always go to this Costco and I pick up a chicken and it say $0.04 and when I went to check out they didn't want to honor me for the price they put. By law they supposed to do that each store does that I work in a store so I know. Here is a picture of it. And guys be careful 'James ki ' employee over charges customers check your bill. He did that to me and a few others customers

So I have been a member for years , the past 3 years I started going to Sam's club in elmsford . I started going back to Costco since it's closer . Nope once this membership expires I'm done. I find more of what I use at Sam's club ( Costco don't have or they are sold out) the prices are cheaper at Sam's . Went in today to order a birthday cake. Do you make strawberry short cake ? 3 people in bakery reply I don't know. I ask do you have a pen for me to order. 5 minutes later no sorry we don't have one . Oh well off to Sam's club & bam a pen a cake order.

This Costco has a spacious parking space for everyone and its parking is free The inside is big and has lots of offerings. It's pretty similar to other Costcos This place is convenient and reachable. On top of it Home Depot is downstairs, so basically both stores cover all my needs : )
