It's a Costco. However, some of the staff are not great when they are in stress. This place is packed, and it seems they are understaffed. However, they should not be rude to customers. I had this happened many times at the food court. It's a bit chaotic then other Costcos. Also, this place unfortunately does not have gas station, which is a bummer.

I've been a member since 2014. STOP PEOPLE FROM CUTTING THE LONG LINES. I had to police some woman calling me crazy for telling her not to cut, and another two women were threatening each other with a physical fight IN FRONT OF THEIR CHILDREN. Nobody needs this stress to go shopping. Have some employees policy this!!!
Also, there's a billboard truck parked in your lot playing music and showing an ad. Annoying!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH COSTCO! HEARTLESS COMPANY. They put our family's life in danger! in Nov 2024 we were going to get our tires replaced and did not have the right tire lock so we had to come back for a second appt. However, during our first appointment, They removed all the lug nuts and they did not put them back properly! A couple of days later as I was driving my car with my 4 children, our car was shaking! We had to take the car to the mechanic and we were told that we were so lucky we brought the car right away because it would have been so dangerous for us! I tried to file a claim which they denied that amounted to $564.76. This should be NOTHING compared to how much we spend here and what could've happened to my family!
