The women there are super nice but she made me bleed on my toe and STILL tried to cut stuff off where I was bleeding. I could of done my nails better and I paid $115 for French gel 🫣

The staff here are very kind and attentive. They also did good work with my gel mani-pedi. The prices are a bit higher than the neighboring nail salon (about $8 more per service) but I was seen more quickly. They also have a variety of gel colors in a neutral pallet, which I like!

I’ve been going here since they opened in 2020 and were starving for customers. I always tip well, especially during covid when she had no customers. I would often tip $20 over the price of a regular manicure . I always make an appointment & most times had a good experience .. but this last pedicure was inexcusably bad and I have a deep cut in my left big toenail. The lady was inattentive, constantly on her phone & got the color totally wrong. I did ask for a design that she said she couldn’t do by agreed that she could do a 2 tone gel manicure. I knew instantly it was a mistake because she was rushing & preoccupied, no apology at all.
I’m here again 2 days later and she reluctantly agreed to redo my gel pedi but tried to charge me an extra $15 for French. I chose a light color so she could not try to hide the mess she pre I made under a darker color. My toenails look better but are still a mess and still no apology. She made an excuse about the deep cut saying it’s only your skin.. I replied but it still hurts!
Can anyone say loyalty? And she had an attitude the whole time on top of all this. I even had to ask her to turn down the electric file because ut was hurting me..rushing again! I won’t ever be coming back .. no way to treat a repeat customer from the beginning.

This is my fourth and final time visiting Cozy Nails. I got a gel manicure on January 21 from Monica. The next morning, I noticed one nail was chipped, and another was painted over my skin, which made the polish lift. So, I went back to the salon the next day and asked Monica if she could fix those two nails. I wasn't upset because I know stuff happens, and I just wanted my nails fixed. Unfortunately, Monica was really rude. She seemed annoyed and said it was my fault because my nails were weak and I didn’t want to get powder nails. I told her that I had gotten a gel manicure there before without any issues. She blamed it on the color I chose. While she was fixing my nails, she was rough with the file, and instead of repainting, she just filed one corner and changed the shape of that nail. Then she put on a coat of clear polish but painted over my skin again. I left this place feeling embarrassed that Monica reacted like this, specially in front of another client.

Let me tell you, this place is amazing! Genuinely so kind, clean, fast but thorough!! Obsessed. Also, they are so sweet and even gave my fiancé and I a gift for the holidays (we aren’t even regulars, but sure will be from here on out!) thank you so much guys!

The ladies are very nice that’s why I’m giving them at least 2 stars but they didn’t do a good job on my nails. 4 days after getting my gel manicure my nails look poorly done and even dirty -I’ve been trying to remove the dirt, she also cut me while trying to clean the nail edges.

I will never be back here. I went in to have my eyebrows done because the are overgrown and wasn’t offered a mirror I stupidly left with out seeing what they did but I know people that go here and it usually looks fine. They did nothing! They did not even touch my eyebrow. If I could get a picture to attach to this I would because this is lazy work. I called furious, they offered to fix it, but I am not going to give you a second chance to fudge them up more. I’m disputing my charge and giving that money to a more qualified salon. So disappointing.

As a returning customer I have to say I'm not as pleased as I was. Monica did great on my nails as per usual however my pedicure is messy and she did not clean thoroughly. I specifically asked for my ingrown nail to be taken care of and she did not even try to do so. I left with the same pain that I came in with, plus polish around each toe. Not happy with the service. And expensive for having gotten simple gel color refill versus the French I previously had. Highly doubt I will be returning unfortunately.

I show a reference picture of nails to see if they can do the shape...the shape is square -- anyway looked bucky and not clean so i wanted them soaked off because they were horribly shaped , not even and crooked on some nails ... they charged me $40 lol which is crazy bc for one they were crooked and not even for 2 the shape was so wrong and I asked 3 TIMES if she was sure she could do it and to charge me $40 is f***king crazy like that's so crazy to me to charge someone for something I was told they can do - as an owner DO BETTER! I would not recommend coming here, simply for the fact the owner is that money hungry to charge someone $40 for a service her employees couldn't do .

They did a wonderful job with mine and my mother’s pedicure and manicure and tips. Very friendly, sweet, Spanish speaking and do their acrylic very interesting way. Overall wonderful little spot.

When i came it was a very cozy and comfortable place and the ladies were very sweet. It came out really cute but the only bad thing i have to say is that it didn't last long. I had gotten a gel manicure and it started chilling that same week. So if ur looking for some short term nails then yes but if ur looking for some long term nails then maybe no.

A gem that's worth the extra fifteen extra minutes vs a nearby nail shop by my house. This is my first time going to Cozy Nails, and I wouldn't have had it any other way. It is a small place so make a call beforehand for a heads up. Monica and her sister are great people, the vibe/ambiance is spot on, complimented by a clean space ! Light pop music going on in the background, so it is cozy and chill. Pricing is fair, tipping is done in cash preferably (Monica accepts Zelle), they speak Spanish and some English. Monica took care of me, and I walked out of there overjoyed. I enjoy a simple look (clearly) and she delivered that, great color too!! Got some compliments myself haha. In and out in about an hour. I will be a returning customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family.
