I had to get a plaque and engraving services and they made it happen!!!!! I was very impressed with the customer service for sure. The work was done in a very expeditious fashion. I highly recommend their services. I will be using their services again.

This was my first time here, but definitely won't be my last. The customer service was amazing! The women at the front desk were so sweet and helped me with my request for a customized trophy. She had it ready for me on the spot. I didn’t catch her name, but thank you so much for your kindness. It’s the small gestures that make the customer experience memorable. I’ll definitely be back when I need another one!

After another Yonkers trophy location failed me, I have been dealing with Annemarie regularly the last two years with various trophies. The turn around time is unheard of and the service is even better. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed and furious with the lack of professionalism at the crown trophy location in Yonkers. The lady there a hispanic middle aged woman in the front was so nasty and confrontational . I usually have my assistants order and pick up the trophies and plaques we order , however I was in the area and decided to give my staff a break and retrieve the order placed my self . The lady behind the counter without any provocation was so rude to all the customers . I was so shocked , I asked one of the customers who was in front of me in line what is her issue , they replied "she is always like that , just Ignore her ". I really tried to take the advice of the customer , however my boiling point was when I was inspecting the items that was paid for . The very rude lady yelled profanities stating not to touch anything until she says . I politely asked her can she please not yell and please not to use any profanity towards me . She then replied it's my mouth and started to use more profanity stating she can do whatever she please, she then followed up with if I don't like it then go somewhere else . My company has done business with crown trophy for years , that stopped after this incident . For the owners of crown trophy you need to replace that rude , very unprofessional no class of a sales person you have representing you . After speaking to other colleagues that all stated they have all at some point had a bad interaction with this representative , however they just ignored her due to the convenience of crown trophy being so close to our facility . I told them and urge others that experience this hostile woman , to take your business else where and write your reviews , until crown trophy takes action .
