⚠️ WARNING: AVOID THIS SHOP IN YONKERS AT ALL COSTS! ⚠️
📸 The images you see are before and after my car went to their shop.
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with what I can only describe as the worst auto repair shop in Yonkers. I entrusted my beloved 1981 Camaro 🚗 to them, and the nightmare that followed still haunts me. 😞
Firstly, they held onto my car for an agonizing 10 months ⏳. During this time, they consistently refused to provide me with a bill or any proper documentation 📜 of the work they claimed to be doing. This should have been a red flag 🚩, but I had no idea just how bad things would get.
When I finally received my car back, I was devastated. It had been completely and utterly destroyed 💥 during its time at Customizing Auto Repairs. The first three photos 📷 I've attached here show what my car looked like when it went into the shop. The rest of the photos depict the heartbreaking state 😢 it was in when it was returned to me.
To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to charge me a staggering $6,000 💸 for their so-called services, which left my once-pristine Camaro in ruins 🏚️. I cannot emphasize this enough: NEVER, EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP! 🚫
I've included just a few of the photos 📸 here to give you a glimpse of the extensive damage they inflicted on my vehicle. In total, I have over 80 more photos documenting the additional destruction they wrought.
If you value your car 🚗 and your hard-earned money 💰, stay far away from Customizing Auto Repairs. This place is nothing more than a haven for inexperienced backyard mechanics 🔧 who will gladly take your money and wreak havoc on your vehicle.

The owner is a scam artist he screws customers especially older people he takes advantage of them.rip off he over charges and doesn’t even fix the issue with your vehicle.

WORST SHOP IN YONKERS, he keeped my car for over more than 10 months and refused to give me a bill and destroyed my car in the 10 months that it was there. I have a 1981 camaro and he charged me 6,000 to get it back and destroyed my car, NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP, The first 3 photos is what my car looked like when I got it back from the paintshop and the rest is what it looked like when I got it back from Customizing auto repairs..NEVER EVER GO THERE. I also have over 80 more photos of more damage done to my car. I just posted some of them.

Not the best at all, was told to bring the car back for them to fix the issue they created and they didn't touch the car faster over charging me for my initial repair. Don't Go here at allService: Steering & suspension repair

Horrible experience after replacement of shocks everything was fine until I realized the front driver side was making noises when I turned and was told like 20 times to come at different times and when I got there was told I can't help you I can't do anything I have no space, save your money go elsewhereServices: Auto brake replacement

They really went above and beyond and were very patient in resolving an unexpected issue that came up and didn't charge extra though they had to spend twice as long working on it... Top notch service!
