Terrible & unprofessional workers, especially the female manager in charge.
A simple flu shot vaccination couldn't be performed. They will keep you waiting and waiting.
Do not waste your time!!

I really was surprised to see how this CVS store has been unfortunately so deteriorated, based on services, merchandise, staff! This location used to be the number one in Yonkers area; I feel bad about!

I went to CVS in Yonkers, the one by the casino in Yonkers Avenue and the staff there is horrible. Starting from the manager Zac. Honestly I don't understand how he got the position but he is not fitted for it. He was rude and was not even knowledgeable about what his own store offers. I had to take a scree shot of the website for him and Xavier to know what they offer in stores. This Zac person doesn't know how to address the customers and should be given a training on customer service. But if upper management doesn't feel like that is something that they should waste time on. They should just fired him. It will be a gain not a loss.

I had the worst experience at this location. The sales rep at the pharmacy was rude; When I went to pick up my medication, it wasn't ready and I moved to other side , while she was working with me in 10 minutes later she told me to come at 2:00 pm because the pharmacist sent her to eat. So that means I have to go home to come back.
I think she should have finished with me first or had someone else come and not told me to come later.
I don't know This location has horrible customer service and need to train the staff how to deal with customers… very disappointing…..
Please train your staff…..
Sorry but I will be moved to another pharmacy!

Nice selection, courteous, helpful staff. Pharmacy is another story. Be advised on Saturdays pharmacy side opens at 10am, ask me how i know. There always seems to be a problem getting your full prescription, they never let you know ahead of time your prescription is being sorted or ready. The lines are never ending at times & the staff aside from the register girl seem 'stand off-ish'. i get my drugs from here becauae i must...

I entered CVS to get a shot. While waiting solely at the Consultation area to be called, I felt ignored. The worker went straight to the purchasing line to help other customers. Thank you Perry, CVS worker, for your empathy in getting another pharmacy worker to assist, so I wouldn't wait longer.

I should’ve written this review couple weeks ago but I thought it wasn’t a big deal. Then every now and then my anxiety kicks in when I think about it. I have never been profile in any cvs when shopping. Then when I mentioned it to the male Caucasian cashier he sarcastically denied it while looking over at his Asian or Hispanic male colleague. Then you have the over weight Caucasian woman in the pharmacy with nasty attitude. Yes I’m black and I get it. My cvs is the one on 25-24 Prospect st.
