CVS #7087 is a DISASTER. I called five times. I was on hold for 1.5 hours. THE PHARMACY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. A DISGRACE.

It takes a lot for me to complain about things and businesses, because I don't like hurting anyone. But, when you are this incompetent and this uncaring. I just have to let everyone know and warn them. This pharmacy was great at once! I have to say even two years ago it was still decent. For some reason, they are under some type of new management ownership. I've been with this particular PHARMACY since 2009 and it was fully staffed with great people that cared. Not anymore...Recently and in the last six months I've noticed that it has deteriorated dramatically. Could be because inflation, could be because of the shortage of staff. I really don't know. Some of you will blame it on the pandemic. For me that's just a cop out. It's horrible when even your own doctors cannot make contact with the pharmacist. That's what happened with me! I was hospitalized for a cardiac issue, and my doctors were trying to make contact with this godforsaken pharmacy. For nearly a week between my cardiologist and my primary doctors, they couldn't make contact with them because their excuse is that they have no staff. Funny, I went personally to the CVS on BRONXVILLE Rd. and there was four people behind the counter. So, I decided to call that particular location. Can you believe the phone was ringing and people walking literally buy it, and I saw the entire thing with my own eyes. I couldn't believe it, I asked the counter lady what was wrong with the phone. Her excuse was that they are "understaffed," and that they are concentrating on vaccines! Come on! Who the hell you think you're kidding? Therefore, I am taking my business elsewhere, I am telling all my firefighters from the FDNY and Yonkers fire department to not utilize his location. I am a retired New York City firefighter, and 9/11 survivor with multiple issues, and they couldn't care less! They know exactly what union I belong to and they showed me zero regard. God for bid in elderly person needs medication. This is not the place... they couldn't care less.

CVS is great! The pharmacist Donna was incredibly helpful. She always goes above and beyond to help me with all of my prescription questions. She has caught errors from my doctor and corrected prescription dosages. She also has given me suggestions to help save me money. She is professional, kind, friendly, and soooo patient! Thank you CVS and a bigger thanks to Donna!

It brings me no pleasure to say that this once great CVS unfortunately has taken a horribe turn for the worst. The pharmacy is filthy!!! The pharmacist DONNA KHALOU is condescending and unprofessional and does not honor HIPPA regulations. This CVS was never like this before. New management and restoration is needed and quick!!!

I get these questioners every time I visit the store yet nothing changes or improves. Why waste the time ? I’m a senior handicapped customer. There’s never an appropriate number of shopping carts. For those with mobility problems the red baskets are not useful .

I have lived next to this CVS for two decades and avoid this location at all costs because of how terrible it is. When you can find an actual worker there they are helpful but limited. Do not bother even calling their number because you will be waiting for hours just for someone to pick up the phone let alone help with a need. This place screams gross negligence by those in charge of it and has been for decades. I hate writing negative reviews but this location deserves it! Terrible all around.

This is one of the best CVS pharmacies I get my prescriptions from. They always answer my calls and are all very helpful. I am glad to have a CVS that knows how to run the pharmacy! Thank you for all your help! PS, check their hours before going!

Terrible customer service. This store advertises itself as a UPS drop off point as I guess they want to get foot traffic in their door for their incredibly inflated prices on everything on their shelves. Last week I brought five Amazon returns for a UPS drop off. They were basically legal envelope size, all five. They said their UPS guy could only take up to four packages and they couldn't take more than four. So I had to find another place to drop them off, which was fine as it was a weekday. Highly recommend Merk Chemist McLean or the UPS store on McLean. Today is Sunday and the other two stores are closed at the moment and I just had a single package to drop off this weekend. I went to drop off a package that was less than the size of two shoe boxes put together would fall under there random four package or less rule as it was just a single package. They said that their UPS guy won't take large packages. Apparently that's large. If they aren't going to take UPS packages that are well within a standard size they shouldn't advertise themselves as a drop point. Wasted 15 minutes of my time waking there and 15 minutes coming back with the same package under my arm.

Very heterophobic person, female with short tomboy haircut usually in the back of this pharmacy, standing in the back by her computer, typin. No customer service at all, rude to men in general. Raising her arms, clapping hands, pumping up her chest yelling "get out of my pharmacy" :)) All that just because she can't stand being called very unprofessional. We are lucky she is not armed and there is law in place here :D

United Healthcare subscribers BEWARE OF CVS!! My generic atorvastatin prescriptions at CVS, where I have been a loyal subscriber for over 10 years, had been slowly creeping up every year, nearly doubling this year. When I made my last purchase, at $23.11 I asked why was this so expensive. Lorraine at my Yonkers CVS store said, "That's what your insurance charges us." So I asked her, "You mean all that money goes to my insurance company?" She said, "Yes." I called United Healthcare and found out that I could get the same prescription at another leading pharmacy for $0 and at another for just a few bucks! "So what happens to my $23.11 at CVS?" And the insurance representative said, "They keep it all." Bottom line, the robot at CVS who reminds you that your prescription is ready for pick-up every month is very, very well paid. Of course, he was not laid off for Covid!

What an awful place, this pharmacy. Don't ever go there! Lines are very long. Service stinks. My doctor sent a prescription 5 hours ago and it still isn't even in the system. This is not the first time this happened. They take days, not even hours, to fill an order. If you need to take your medication right away, send your prescription elsewhere, And of course they never pick up a phone. I've been on hold for 30 minutes and had to listen to idiotic ads but never had a chance to ask about my order.
