This pharmacy is very busy.
The waiting time while on line to be served is at times long.
Satisfied with the staff’s performance.
Confusion arises at the Consultation and Drop off widows. Lack of signs where line starts.
Posted sign of Pharmacy hours on the gate.
Store is open early but not the pharmacy.

Store front and their staff are decent enough even though most everyday items are locked up (baby wipes, toothpaste) which is weird and very telling, but once you walk to the back the pharmacy staff is rude for no reason. The pharmacist is cold. They really don’t care about the community or the patients. Each day they close down the pharmacy mid day to eat lunch together during peak hours like this isn’t a major retail chain. Oh and do not bother them with any prescription that is considered over the counter. They won’t fill it. So if you want insurance to do its job, take your scripts elsewhere and save yourself a trip and a headache. The community deserves better.

Well, after being diagnosed with bronchitis. I went to the pharmacy to pick
Up my meds as well as my childrens prescription. Totaling 3 all together. I guess their lunch begins @ 130. I was there about 108. I was called to the register & was given one prescription for one child. By 122pm The pharmacy supervisor refused to help me any further. He said i have to come back after 2pm. He was pulling the gate down @ 118pm. I said why? You are in the middle of assisting me now and i was here long before 130. He refused and turned me away. He was of Indian origin middle aged and abrasively directed me to the front to complain if I chose and I did and I am continuing to do so. Turning a sick person away with out their medication is ridiculous when you already started helping them. I could understand if I arrived @ 128pm. But that was not the case. I will also call
Corporate. It was rude unprofessional.

After walking in the rain to get here before 10:00, the hours that's posted online I get here at 9:30 and the store is closed.

My personal experience at this pharmacy today was beyond excellence. I was addressed with courtesy and professionalism. My Rx was not
e-prescribed to this pharmacy and needed for it to be transferred from an alt pharmacy; the communication and team work between staff and pharmacist exceeded my expectations as it was not an inconvenience for them to help me and I was able to obtain my Rx and start as advised by MD.
To the staff, you are appreciated.

Lack of staff to assist and lack of products staff needs to be educated on products and there locations. Pharmacist recommended wrong product, what if it was a wrong medication he had given.
