The Pharmacy is joke unprofessional and unethical from their attitude to their disgusting behavior how they treat their customers is a joke I had to file a complaint with their corporate Office over this matter if not fixed I’m calling my lawyer.

A female employee was on her phone while pushing a hand truck and hit me with it because she wasn't looking. All she did was say sorry and kept walking didnt care how it couldve hurt me. Management needs to enforce safety protocols. It happened today 5/27/25 around 1pm. Sadly this business has changed alot. I guess corporate worries more about numbers than actual proper business anymore. Customer service is depleted due to lack of employees, many current employees are facing burnout sadly doing the job of many and hiring part-timers who aren't taught correctly. Self service is annoying as well. Bring back cashiers.

For the most part, the store is always stocked with items that are in the circular. For me, the pharmacy is a bit too busy but it’s the only pharmacy that actually gets my prescription right and is willing to find out when something is not. The staff here is a little overworked because they’re understaffed, but for the most part, they’re helpful and kind. 3/18/2025 3:41 pm Andrea

The pharmacy is very unorganized. They tell you prescriptions are ready and they are not. They don’t answer the phone and the pharmacy lines are way too long.

Usually like this CVS, but today I spent several minutes waiting for an employee to unlock a case for me, to no avail. A young woman finally comes by. After getting flagged by a gentleman who gets help from her, she walks away! This is after we've made eye contact. I trail after her, asking (begging?) for assistance. She tells me she has to scan in (which is fine, but she's already been there - so maybe she just didn't feel like doing her job?) All I can think of is the Dave Chapelle skit from the early 2000s, Pop Copy. Worst customer service.

I love this CVS, the pharmacy lady that checks you out is super nice and professional. The self-checkout is perfect, I just wish they had bigger bags for those of us who really prefer to checkout our mini shopping haul without having to speak to someone at the register. Because then we have to go talk to someone at the counter, and well, if you're like me, then that's just NO.

Leave an employee to handle counter checkout photos and input prices manually and not fair to wait in line keep let everyone go in front without help from anyone in the store your a

Pharmacist told me he could not fill my prescription despite me being in excruciating pain. Had to wait over an hour and never got a text that it was ready.
