Came to the pharmacy this afternoon to pick up a prescription for my child. Had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with a very rude & nasty cashier named Katherine. She was extremely dismissive and had the only attitude. I could tell that my happy bubbly demeanor and 30inch long, shiny & natural hair bothered HER so much. Probably because her hair was ugly, that’s why she was so mad. CVS needs to hire more mature and kind employees that aren’t mad customers for having better hair than them.

They are the worst. They are money hungry. They give you prescription medication that you don't take anymore. They try to pull a fast one by requesting those meds to the staff and the staff just keeps sending it not checking with the Doctor if the patient is still on those meds.

It is so difficult to schedule a simple flu vaccination appointment. They will cancel appointments last minute with no reason given. Completely unprofessional and such an inconvenience. Go to Walgreens instead, where their customer service is much better.

The West Indian Manager was very unprofessional and rude. She refused to engage properly with customers, and makes you feel like you’re a thief. I work for a living and it’s because of my patronizing that she even has a job. Learn how to do better!

Pharmacy is always short staff. The pharmacist ( female short maybe Haitian) is very rude and stand Offish . I dread coming here because they always tell me they can’t find me in the system or they don’t have a prescription when I know it was sent numerous amount of times because I am a nurse myself . Very bad service

If an Employee are going to follow customers around. Need to ask if they need help and not just follow as if they were about to steal something when they actually have a car and is trying to work. On picking up products for other customers.

Yesterday, I made an appointment at CVS for RSV vaccination at noon. The front desk looked like a newbie. She mistook my insurance and said that my insurance had expired. She misled me and I had to pay, so I canceled the vaccination. When I got home and checked the website it was still valid and we had to reschedule to another CVS.
