Pharmacy is always short staff. The pharmacist ( female short maybe Haitian) is very rude and stand Offish . I dread coming here because they always tell me they can’t find me in the system or they don’t have a prescription when I know it was sent numerous amount of times because I am a nurse myself . Very bad service

If an Employee are going to follow customers around. Need to ask if they need help and not just follow as if they were about to steal something when they actually have a car and is trying to work. On picking up products for other customers.

What a pleasureThey actually pick up the phone and talk to you unlike Neperhan ave.Way to go folks. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my medication from Neperhan nothing but the runaround but in 1 call I get my meds from here.Thank you

Yesterday, I made an appointment at CVS for RSV vaccination at noon. The front desk looked like a newbie. She mistook my insurance and said that my insurance had expired. She misled me and I had to pay, so I canceled the vaccination. When I got home and checked the website it was still valid and we had to reschedule to another CVS.

Plenty of parking clean store stuff that's willing to help. My photo order was perfectly done and I was happy to go pick it up when I go again absolutely and I didn't know that there was one so close to me so I am appreciative of that.

Called around 10:15 to find out if they had a medication in stock, the employee went out of his way to find it and let us know and we were able to pick it up. Really appreciated that!

Very disappointing experience. Staff more interested in scanning products in self checkout for customers than actually helping customers who are on line to a regular check out line or in need with getting a product that is stored behind register. Store stocked very poorly.

Most of the staff are very nice at this location... except for the manager, PAUL! I am a loyal customer who goes there frequently and have never had such rude treatment from a staff member. All I can say is that Paul should not be working in retail if he cannot interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner; especially if the customer is being polite.

This CVS is perfectly fine until you have to go to the pharmacy. The blonde skinny girl with really long nails at the pharmacy section is so rude. She has such an attitude every time I go there. I only go there because it’s literally across the street from me.

The pharmacist tech Celina oh my god she is so sweet you have to love her she is so helpful she knows what she’s doing everyone else needs to learn from her. Don’t lose her.

Externally lived!!! I walked into the store a few weeks ago asking if they do Covid vaccines at this location… I was told yes but had to make the appt online. The closest apt was almost 3 weeks later and I been getting alerts and reminders the whole time. I walk in today and sure enough the pharmacy is now closed. According to the worker they have been closed on weekends for some time with notices around the store. But CLEARLY they failed to inform ppl like me with an appt for weeks and have wasted my time! No other location has appt slots so basically no sort of customer assistance or compensation to fix this problem. They need to really make note of how they do things and fix situations like this where you make an appt and they don’t even inform you it’s no longer valid. I didn’t even get the opportunity to reschedule!!! Unacceptable!!!!
