Yesterday I went to CVS to buy some medication. I was really disappointed because there was a Black lady working there whom I called several times to ask about the medication, but she kept avoiding me and walking away. It was ridiculous. That Black lady was very rude. She was wearing brown pants and a dark brown T-shirt.”

Good store ,however the pharmacy likes to place prank calls that are really annoying saying you have a prescription when you go there and they look you up you actually don’t or they’re system is on drugs ,instead of helping the customer figure out where that call came from every question I ask I get a reply of we didn’t make the call ,quick to get you out of their faces

There were too few employees to assist at the checkout and no one available to unlock the cases.

The worst 45 minutes spent trying to get Easter treats for .y grand newphew battling cancer, had to put back the plush bunny and alot if other things as they refuse to give me 35% . I will never ever return to CVS my business with Amazon will be stronger than ever The worst expierence!

The staff and management were very accommodating. I needed a particular item and the staff member didn't know but he did suggest the general manager and she knew right away.

The store has good parking and is well stocked. The aisles can be a little cramped when they are stocking out products- overall the staff is kind and professional. 9/18/2024 12:44PM

This is the best location within my neighborhood. The other 2 do not compare! Friendly staff. Always a person to help. Well stocked shelves.

Not actually 24 hours. Closed at midnight. No update to their hours online, only a tiny sign inside the vestibule that you can hardly see from outside that says “new hours” in handwritten letters. Drove over 40 minutes to get here, as it was the closest 24/7 pharmacy.

Stores need to stop hiring Pharmacists that don't care about people, corporations are bad enough but now the regular workers? Go to the pharmacy for anxiety meds to get more anxiety waiting an hour when you were told 10mins and you don't want to cut the line but she won't call your name so you wait in line again after waiting in line after waiting, thank you for the anxiety attack I came to relieve.

Watching Painkiller on Netflix and Dopesick on Hulu recently I can't help but think that the real vilains in the opiod epidemic have not only gotten off scot-free but are bigger than ever now.
Sure, Purdue overmarketted Oxycontin but they're the manufacturer and not on the ground level. No one got their hillbilly heroin from Purdue Pharma directly.
The next time you're in a massive CVS like this one. I implore you to pay attention to the people having issues at the pharmacy counter. Pay attention to the lack of training evident in the person handing you your prescription and the callous disregard of the pharmacist in charge and think to yourself....."Would we be in an opiod epidemic now if neighborhood pharmacies with actual trained & caring pharmacists behind the counter were still a thing?"
I know who handed me prescription after prescription of opiods year after year after year, well beyond the point where a caring neighborhood pharmacist would've spoken up amd asked if I was OK. I truly believe CVS only cares if you have the money and will sell you any drugs currently allowed under law. They only ask, "is this legal?" never "are you OK?" I mean even street drug dealers seem to genuinely care more than this corporate entity. Street dealers are definitely more informed on the drugs than the people behind the counter here.

my friend who also made a separate purchase and I had to use the restroom. We asked an employee to point us to the restroom.Tomiann, the manager told us that the restroom was out of service. It was around 11pm so nothing else is open. We asked where she uses the restroom and she told us that she just holds it and doesn’t drink any liquids. Told us that we could go look for ourselves and that if the toilet or sink is clogged they will make it out of service for that reason. Because nothing else was available we did go. That’s when we realized the bathroom was only out of service because the employees have apparently refused to clean it.We also noticed there was another restroom right next to it that is locked off with a padlock and another out of service sign.We went back and asked her to unlock the other bathroom. She then told us that one is for employees only confirming that she originally lied and just didn’t want to allow us in the clean one. Tomiann also said “you don’t need that” when I asked for her last name. She claimed to be the manager but I’m not even sure. Not sure why paying customers are not allowed to use the restroom or why it can’t be cleaned but I won’t be returning to this location.
