I will never go here ever again in my life . First of all the gel pedicure doesn’t even last that long. Secondly ,the lady was very aggressive & rude to me , she tried to argue with me about how much tip I should leave her saying last time I only left her $3.00. I don’t even know how she remembered that since it’s been so long since I went there I was shocked so I guess shes clocking people’s tips! A tip should be your preference if you were satisfied or not
So she asked for $7.00 I told her $5.00 is all I have left it on the counter she snatched it and walked away and said something to her co worker. This was very rude I shouldn’t have left anything ! I never had a problem in any other nail salon tip or no tip ever . You don’t treat customers like this let the customer decide how much they should give you based on how satisfied they are. I will tell my friends and family never to come here I will never step foot in this salon again ! They are just money hungry ! Unprofessional and rude !!!

I like that's there isn't a wait time most of the time. Prices are reasonable and location is convenient. However they are not good for any kind of design nor nail shape ! Its a decent spot for a quick mani / pedi.

My gel manicure lasts at least 3 weeks without breaking and they generally do it very quickly.

I have given this salon my business for quite a while. if you're looking to pay extra to "cut down" your nails IN ADDITION-to your manicure price this is the place. It's crazy how they tack on another couple of dollars . Isn't cutting and filing your nails a part of a manicure service ?? Also Prices for the same exact service change on a weekly basis . Will not ever go back

USE YOUR GOOGLE TRANSLATE WHEN SERVICED! THEY ARE SAYING HORRIBLE THINGS ABOUT YOU! This is the most egregious behavior that I have ever heard or experienced in my entire life. I have been to this nail salon, but not in quite some time. The male tech mainly does my nails. He does a good job. This isn't about him, this is about the female staff. I came in for a pedicure. They asked me to pick a color and I replied that clear is fine. That was received by a look of shock. I dismissed that look and sat on the pedicure chair. I told the female I would like a #3, which is the $50.00 pedicure. She started talking in front of me in Vietnamese saying #3 over and over. Looking disgusted. I asked if something was wrong and they gave no response. I then said I do not understand Vietnamese and why do they keep repeating themselves. No reply to me but then stared and made the included comments. The #3 is their most expensive pedicure. I thought to myself I should take out my translation. So I did to my absolute disgust, disappointment and horror. I have the following attached translations from Vietnamese to English. I have seen undercover videos on tv and through IG catching nail techs insulting their customers. I thought this doesn't happen anymore because they have been exposed in the past. I am angry, feel degraded and upset. It took everything in me to control myself. I did not have my polish done because I just wanted to get out of there. Their replies are included in my google translate snapshots.

Everytime I go they are so nice an willing to help you. I always love the way my nails come out. I had tips put on a little over 3 months ago. And I had no problems with breaking or cracking. Defiantly get your money's worth.

I came here when I lived in New York, this place was great. I came to Yonkers and decided to stop by to get a pedicure. Never again! Place definitely fell off! Spend your money elsewhere.

My gel Manicure and regular pedicure were super rushed; was completed in less than 1 hour (this included soaking and removal of previous gel polish)...and it shows (see pics). This was one of the worst nail jobs I've ever had. They basically wash your feet and call it a pedicure. My manicure consisted of removal of gel polish, filing, buffing ( a lot of it), and polish...barely touched my cuticles. I had to ask them to do my cuticles and add additional layer of polish because it was uneven. Also, I asked them to match my pedicure polish with gel polish,and that was an epic fail. I have Chalky white polish on my hands and pink on my toes. I still gave them a tip, but I will not be coming back.

The facility is well maintained. I didn't appreciate how they would switch and talk in their language and laugh when I asked for extra services like they didn't believe I was going to pay for it.They were in such a rush, some polish was painted on my finger skin the nail gel started chipping the following week and the guy who did my toes put so many layers and shamelessly asked for a tip.Services: Callus removal

Great experience and fast service. The wait wasn't long at all. They are very friendly and super efficient. I would definitely recommend recommend this place. Plenty of parking and great location!!!

I had the most horrible experience at this salon on Saturday. I was in the area and decided to stop in and get a manicure and pedicure. The woman Wendy was horrible she had no idea how to take the powder gel off even though she took $5 extra to remove the gel. She tried to remove the gel with a plastic card which was tearing into my nail. I stopped her she put some strange looking plastic holder with wet cotton swab on my nail that did nothing to remove the gel. She tried again with the same card I stopped her from using before. I stopped her again and she got aggressive using a file which sliced my finger and I started to bleed. I was upset and asked her to put on gloves now that I have an open wound. In these days of COVID and Monkey pax they don't wear gloves in this salon. I believe I saw 1 woman wearing gloves. Another woman came to help removing the gel with the machine I asked her to use in the beginning. She harassed me to pay her tips before doing my nails. She did such a poor job on the spa pedicure she had me pay an $10 for and bearly touched my feet. I swear she is racist. I wanted to wait until she had finished my nails to tip her but she insisted I pay her before she started my nails. My overall experience was horrible and I made that known before I left. I wish I can upload a puc of tge horrible job she did and my nail after 1 day. It is disgraceful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I've been going to D C nails for awhile now and am usually satisfied. Some of the workers are really nice and professional. I had acrylic and gel manicure done with the owner who was quite rude. Apparently my fingers didn't flex the way she wanted so she gave me crazy stares and kept telling me to relax. It's hard to relax when you're being told that your fingers aren't flexible. Some people may have arthritis or nerve damage so she should calm down an RELAX herself. It's strange how none of the other people who did my nails never complained. I don't need to be treated disrespectfully when I'm paying a ton of money to have my nails done and I tip very generously..haha except for today..too badServices: Acrylic nails
