I recently had my first pedicure experience at a local nail salon, and it was absolutely fantastic! My girlfriend brought me along to try it out, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Anne especially was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She was attentive and accommodating, patiently explaining each step since I was a newbie. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, making it a perfect place to unwind. If you're considering a pedicure for the first time or just looking for a salon with top-notch service, I highly recommend checking this place out!

I have read the reviews and thought, “It can’t be all that bad”. I loved the fact that it was up the block from my job. I went there once before I went away and had AMAZING service. I had a gel manicure and a pedicure. I thought, “okay” this is my place.
I came in today for another gel manicure, I was so confident that this was going to go well, like last time, that I scheduled a pedicure for Saturday.
It started off well, I did notice the polish was “gooey”. I had the first coat done. Started on the second coat and I noticed that the polish was clumpy and not laying flat. I could see the brush strokes on my nail. She then put another polish over which “seemed “ to lay the polish down and give it a flat illusion. She then put the clear on my nails and back into the lamp my nails went. My thumb started burning and I pulled it out to see the clear nail polish was on my cuticle. She wiped off the excess.
I was finally done with the “setting” of the nail polish. She proceeded to peel the side of my nail off the cuticle. In doing so the nail polish on my pointer finger started peeling.
I could go on and on. She had the audacity to tell me to come back and she will “fix it”.
I told her I would NEVER be back and the reviews were VERY accurate. I hope she knows that means I will NOT be there on Saturday.

I use to go here every 2 weeks and on my last visit I didn't tip because I was very happy with the way nails looked and the owner started screaming at me for a tip I just spent 135 dollars on a manicure pedicure and they still want more there very ungrateful for my business and I will not ever go back!

Please don’t go here. I went here because it’s nearby and needed something done for the evening. They advised they only do nail dip (which if you think about it unsanitary) but they used it as a bind to my nail extensions which just didn’t feel right. Less than a week later 3 nails gone. I saw the previous reviews not to go here and should of listened to the warnings. Avoid at all cost because these weren’t worth $75.Service: Nail extensions

horrible experience. first and foremost the is a price board up with certain services. None for gel manicure or pedicure therefore I think the owner makes up prices in her head depending on who you are. I got a regular simple short gel manicure and paid $70. I never paid so much for something so simple no designs nothing literally just polish. I’m saying this to say the work that was done on my nails was not worth nowhere near $70. I went with my friend and we are both of color, we definitely feel as if her customer service with us was horrendous. We were rushed , spoken to as if we were incompetent it was just a horrible disappointing experience. I will definitely not recommend anyone coming here. I will say this place was nice and clean however other than that customer service and services were done very poorly.

The same week I got my nails done and a pedicure at this nail shop, 2 of my nails broke and the gel polish start coming off my nails and toe nails..This happens when a shop puts water in the gel polish to not have to buy more polish. Yet, I paid $110 dollars plus tip.
