**"I had a disappointing experience at this store due to the lack of available and knowledgeable staff. Despite multiple attempts with the cashier to page someone for assistance, no one responded. When I finally found an employee, they directed me to the wrong department. Another associate I approached seemed unfamiliar with the store’s layout and unable to provide helpful guidance.
This location would greatly benefit from additional staffing and better-trained employees to enhance the customer experience. In comparison, my experiences at Scheels have always been exceptional, with helpful and knowledgeable staff readily available. I hope to see improvements in this store’s service standards moving forward."**

Kevin (Yonker store) in the golf department is awesome. His knowledge of the game of golf will help any golfer. He was a big help to me, I will certainly return for any future golf needs.

I went in with my husband for the grand reopening at Ridge Hill.
We went to the golf area and were greeted right away by Kevin who was very helpful. He was very knowledgable and answered all our questions. He was extremely patient with us and helped us in choosing the right club.

I placed an online order for an item that was shown as in stock, with over 10 units available. When I arrived at the store, the staff had no record of the item, and the manager informed me it wasn’t in stock. After a 25-minute wait, a team member offered to arrange free shipping for me. I was asked to scan a QR code, which was supposed to ensure free shipping, but when I entered my information, I was still charged $9 for shipping. The system and staff need to be more reliable; this experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning.

Tired of them only carrying Yankees merchandise the Mets are a,New York team too. And they had none of their Championship stuff from 2024!!!!! You think they would have the NLCS 2024 from when they went on to play the Dodgers they don't. Might want to carry both Mets and Yankees merchandise. Miss Modell's they always carried both

Horrible experience dealing with same day delivery. Wasn't delivered until 2 days later. When I called the store several times staff did not know where my item was. Once they finally found it they had no idea when it would be picked up. They said I had to call door dash or customer service. The worst,!!!!!

Their system for selling shoes is about the worst I've ever seen. Severely under staffed. I just waited 35 minutes for someone to bring out the cleat my son needed.

Great experience being helped by one of the cashiers on 9/1/24 a bit before 5PM. Give that man a raise, he has a beard. Will definitely go back because of his customer service.

the shoe section has you forced to “order online” on a kiosk even though you’re in the store and have no product available on the floor. every single employee in the section besides one was hiding in the stock rooms, and when they did come out they were on their phones and telling everyone they didn’t have whatever shoe was asked for in stock. they also made us sit there waiting for 30 mins just to tell us that. i’m pretty sure no one ever even looked.
