The ladies were so rude and nasty they cared more about closing then letting last minute customers shop I walked in at 5:40 and the lady gaved me a dirty looked and said they close in 5 minutes and once i told her that online it says they close at 6 she got mad and yelled okay !Really unprofessional and I will not become to this ghetto store

Customer service is the worst!! They shouldn't be left alone without a manager if they don't have authority to give a refund for a difficult item. They tell you to come back and speak to a manager, but know, by the time you get to do that, your time will be over for a refund!! It's a scam. You can't try things on so they don't want to refund your money anyway!! It doesn't matter if you're a good customer or not.

Will no longer be giving my money to this location. The hours say the place closes at 7:30pm yet I got here at 7:00pm and the Spanish lady literally saw me walking towards the door and quickly locked the door in front of my face and turned away. I seen there were People inside still too. As she was letting them out I told her I wanted to return something as this is the final day to return and she shook her head saying no we open again tomorrow @ 10am and locked back the door and walked away. Rude and disgusting. I can’t believe they have a person like this manning the door. (*also want to note that I drove all the way from CONNECTICUT to catch the store before it closes*)
