If I could put zero stars I would. I went in to get my acrylic nails removed which I got done somewhere else. Mind you the place wasn’t busy so they attended me after 5 minutes but now I get why it wasn’t busy. Once I sat down the women got a metro card and started shoving it into my nails to remove them. I was absolutely shocked. She removed the first one and I already saw that she had ripped a piece of my nail off. Pls do not go to this place if you want to leave with your nails intact and in good condition.

Great nails. Maria is awesome. They basically only speak Spanish but they get by with English speaking people. Many services available.

I spent $45 for a gel French manicure and 2 nails got messed up within a few days. It should at least have lasted a week.

Charged me $50 for SNS manicure and the lady didn’t even know how to do it. She kept messing up because she didn’t know the steps. Charged me $55 for an ugly French pedicure. The girl acted like she didn’t want to touch my feet. She but the foot scrub on and just rinsed it off without actually doing any exfoliation. Pumice stone for 3 seconds. And I have nice healthy feet. Then they charged the person after me $15 for a pedicure. POOR SERVICE. POOR SKILLS.

WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!They said they could do a manicure soak off over the phone but didn’t have the tools or the skills to do the job! The nail tech tried to remove a gel pedicure with a nail file, and when asked about the nail soak, another worker laughed and said he had no idea how to do it. After cutting the job short, they tried to charge me $35 dollars!!! More than their listed price for a regular pedicure for half the job. They have unprofessional staff, improper tools, and bad attitudes.

The original salon owner became sick and passed away. The new owner has raised the prices THROUGH THE ROOF. No real upgrades to the salon to make it make sense to pass a higher cost onto the customer. The gel polishes are old and barely replaced with new colors and the nail techs are just ok. The best nail tech is the owners sister Maria who sits upfront and even then they don't do fancy charms and modern designs. Very sad I won't be coming back here. In Getty square Palisade Nails is so much better with pricing and designs.

Very clean good manicure and pedicure but very expensive. I paid 45 for a pedicure with gel polish and 35 for a manicure. I was desperate and it was empty so I decided I'll do it. Not sure if I'll come back. Prices are steep.

Would not recommend this place! $65 for a full set ?! That didn’t even last a week! I’m washing my hair and it just popped right off. The lady had no idea what she was doing. I wanted a full set which they put the fake tip on your nail. She put it on my whole nail instead of the tip WHICH YOURE SUPPOSED TO DO. She was clueless. waste of money and time. Nails not even the same length
