Two times in a row the driver keeps leaving my packages in the wrong house, both times i got lucky and the person brought it over but im not sure how an error like that can occur, ive double checked and the addresses were correct so not sure how someone could be so careless as to leave it in a whole other address not once but twice in the same week.

There aren't any clear instructions or signage for this, but you need to go towards the BACK of the Walgreens store where the Photo department is and do the transaction with the employee there. They scan your code, have you confirm via text, and you're good to go. Pretty easy in and out.

They consistently lie and say they tried to deliver my package in NYC. The tracking will say they attempted in Yonkers at the shipping department. They put the blame on the customer when the customer is home. They maybe didn't have a driver or don't feel like putting it on a truck. Then the customer loses one of the delivery attempts. RUN YOUR BUSINESS BETTER and stop allowing drivers to lie.

Fed ex is nuts. They had my correct address. Did not even make an attempt to deliver the package. Had to go to Walgreens to pick up.

To make a shipment by FedEx do not receive you they send you to office there is no need for that office to be there
