Nick and his team are fantastic!!! If you ever need work or have an emergency in the area, he’s your guy. Their pricing was so fair - no overages for the time your car might sit there, and only charging for labor and parts. Cash or Zelle only. A hidden treasure in the area for bodywork 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We waited for over 3 hours for a tow truck. Every time we asked for an update the time was pushed back by 20-45 minutes.
The dispatcher was dishonest about contacting the driver. No one would call with updates.

Last resort . I would never call these people again . Dispatcher lied to me over and over about ETA . Had me on the side of the sprain brook parkway for over 3 hours . Then after the lies about time and whereabouts. They told my insurance company the weren’t allowed on the Sprain parkway . Which we were told they lied about that also . Never again .

Nick from First Class Auto Repair is great! I had gone to a few shops who couldn't seem to help me for a photo inspection for my insurance before landing at First Class Auto Repair. Nick was attentive and friendly. He stopped what he was doing to help me right away and was very nice throughout the process. I recommend First Class Auto Repair and will be using them for any future service needs!

This is the worst towing company I ever used in my life. I am 53 years old. I never use such a horrible towing company in my life. Like this one. The services sucks. The driver are horrible and terrible I called they show up after 2 hours and the driver very rude ……

Highly unprofessional I requested a to through my insurance at 9:30pm on Saturday and they gave an eta of 1-1.5hrs and then the driver called me saying that it will most likely be at 12am I said fine because it was going through my insurance… they never showed up and they made me leave the keys in the car over night. When I called to check where they were they kept hanging up on me. I would rather push my car my self than ever call this place.
