  Horrible customer service, worse customer service ever, They don’t value your time, was asked twice to leave when I told them I was coming from out of state. Placed an order for same day pick up, and received email it was ready for pick up. Very disorganized, and dirty. Came in the day after and they couldn’t find my sneakers. No respect for people time at all!!!!

  This store is dirty, check your sneakers because they are giving used sneakers, thank god I always try my stuff on and noticed it on the spot, disgusting and the female staff have inappropriate conversations about entirely nothing you could tell that they are underpaid just by looking at them! This store looks like it’s about to go out of business I wouldn’t trust my sneakers from this store the females look really dirty in the face and nope get someone else to do it.
