No employees on the second floor, only 2 cashiers working on the bottom floor. The clearance section is an absolute nightmare. Clothes scattered all over the floor and racks. None of the clothes are sectioned by size either. Just an huge mess. Even seen a woman changing her clothes ON the clearance room floor, wouldn’t be surprised if she stole since no employees were on the second floor. Why is there no employees around, and nobody picking up the mess? Disgusting

Wow This is how unprofessional I found on Google what time they open and I arrived at the place and they told me that it is closed, they open at 10 but that does not appear in the information that Google provides and they have bad service and they are rightly closing their stores. they expect if this is how they serve their consumers

The hours listed on the website are incorrect. It states that the store opens at 9:00 a.m., but when I arrived at the Cross County Center, it was actually 10:00 a.m. Someone from corporate or whoever manages the website and social media needs to address this issue as soon as possible.

Never in my life have I had to complain about an employee but I am guessing she is new and clueless, I couldn't catch her name but i over heard someone calling her Yaya. I was looking for a jacket and asked an employee if they have a coat section and she immediately ignored me and when i confronted her after she tried to walk away and she said check getty square with an attitude. Done shopping in cross county indefinitely!

They don't tell you when is final sale, and with the mess they have there it is impossible to try on, so I went to do a return and guess what, I have to keep something that dosen't fit, not even a exchange they offered.

I had a terrible experience here. I went to go return a SHEIN order and the cashier (Genesis) at the cross county F21 in cross county was very rude. She messed up my return order then proceeded to say it’s my fault because I didn’t take the rest of the items out the bag. I put the bag and took out the shoes first so she can scan so there wouldn’t be a mess of clothes on the counter. She finalized the return with only the shoes and said to me “ well it’s your fault you should’ve took everything out and rolled her eyes ”. When I asked her to correct it she was bothered and said she can’t do nothing about it and proceeded to ring other customers. There was no apologies or anything to try and fix the mistake. She was very nasty disrespectful when talking to me and did not help to correct the mistake she did. Honestly they just hire anyone here and it’s unprofessional. It makes sense why they are going out of business. The customer service gets worse each time. There needs to be training on providing the basic skills of customer service especially working in retail. Don’t work here if you done like your job.

Well the place is open on Easter but I guess is not for shopping but to smoke weed inside, the smell of the store is horrible. I understand is legal and ppl have the right to do it when they want, but inside the store that’s very disrespectful

if I ever go to this forever 21... WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE WHY? When I was Trying to find blue Jeans I didnt find any for my size I'm 5'10 and I didn't find the size... This forever 21 has a secret. WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE! when I go to the second floor some of the sides of the walls is dirty the clothes are so expensive... why why why? I couldn't find Any boys clothing......

This store is big but a terrible selection. I had a coupon for my birthday but still couldn't find anything to buy. The store was clean but I didn't see any staff around to ask for help if I needed it. Glad cross county has other stores because if I made a trip just to come here it would have been a waste.
