Went there an order some chicken Parmesan and when I got home and looked at what they put in my bag this is ridiculous. How the cook ?? know he burned the food but he still packaged the food up . Totally inconsiderate spent 60 dollars on two meal and this what I got . I would never ever eat here or any place that has this

Hello fellow foodies !Today I visited Fortina and had the pleasure sitting at the bar. My server/Andy/bartender nailed it in every way. I had the wood fire lasagna and the LB Pizza. The food was great better than I expected. He also made me the Strawberry in Paris- yooooooooo soooooooo good!!!! Loved it. To the Chef Victor thank you for making my food appreciate you too.

I went to celebrate my birthday with my two year old son today. There was only one waiter/bartender taking care of all the customers. 40 minutes after I arrived I was still waiting for the glass of wine that I had ordered and the waiter informed me that the food was going to take a while. He clearly forgot to place the order. My son was hungry and started crying so we had to leave the restaurant. I won’t be coming back.

Plenty of parking in the plaza. Didn't feel like any heat was really on in the restaurant when it was cold outside. Tenderoni pizza was good, but the cheese kept falling off each slice. Never seen that with pizza before. Service was good as the place seemed to be mostly empty when we went. Was okay for a one time thing, but don't think I'd go out of my way to come back.

The food was good, no complaints, and the service couldn't have been better. Our waitress was approachable, helpful and polite. Unfortunately it was hard to hear her. But that wasn't her fault. The place is a big open brick and glass building. With concrete floors, hard wood tables and metal chairs. Hard surface after hard surface after hard surface. Now don't get me wrong, It looks wonderful! And wasn't an issue until the restaurant filled up with people. Then the music got louder while the voices got louder as the sound of metal chairs scratching the concrete floor became deafening. Fortunately we were mostly done with our dinner by the time it got so loud that we could barely hear each other without yelling.We've been wanting to try this place for some time now and decided to do so at the spur of the moment. Will we go back? I'm not sure. Maybe, during the middle of the day when it's less busy?Vegetarian options: There are some obvious vegetarian options like the some of the salads, cheese pizza or the roasted vegetables. But not much other than that. But since they make their pizzas to order you could probably ask for a vegetarian one instead of what is offered.Dietary restrictions: There are no Gluten Free options. Especially if you're a vegetarian other than the obvious ones.

Not sure what happened with Fortina, perhaps Tuesday was an off night because the pizza was horrible, not cooked enough. Service was extremely slow, not enough staff perhaps? I am not sure what happened but definitely not the Fortina I used to love this last time around. Probably won’t be going back ☹️

Dined in the Yonkers location last night. Restaurant was packed at the time we arrived, we were told we could take a seat at the bar while we waited for a table to open up. We were immediately greeted by Josh, the bartender who was welcoming and helpful from the moment we sat down. While he was busy making drinks for a very packed restaurant our entire time there, he was very attentive alongside the rest of the staff. Food was very delicious and plentiful. We definitely will be back soon
