Horrible customer service. Also 3 chairs and sofa for outdoor leaving $6700 not including tax. I would never purchase from fortunate off.

Everything was great until they get your money. Getting the furniture to your house is where the problems start. They delivered it 8 hours after the expected time because "the truck broke down." It's amazing how many trucks break down on the way to my house. Of course, being good Millenials, they don't know how to use a phone. No calls or texts to say they would be 8 hours late. They stare at their phones all day but somehow don't know how to use them.

Mischa was wonderful. Second time I have bought patio furniture with her and Fortunoff Backyard and both experiences have been great. Found what I needed at a good price. I have been happy with the quality of the furniture and Mischa was a huge help.

Ask for June! Walked into the store not planning to purchase anything and left with an entire set ready to enjoy the warm months ahead! June was so incredibly helpful and very nice and not overbearing. Was able to answer all of our questions. Outdoor furniture is a big expense and I feel very confident we made a great purchase.

I worked with Jason and he was great. First of all he didn’t jump on me as I entered the store like most desperate salespeople do. That’s always a huge turnoff. He let me browse around and when it was time to ask questions he was helpful and informative. No pressure and not pushy. I actually felt good about making my purchase with Jason.

With Miss Cecilia there and Luke I felt welcome. We were looking for a Christmas tree after speaking with Miss Celia we felt comfortable we start buying everything we didn’t go there for and yes, I’m definitely going back again. It was a pleasure meeting Luke. He was funny and pleasant.
