Another great service received by the Francesco’s auto body team. Unfortunately, between my self and my family, we’ve had our fair share of accidents and incidents where cars required anything from minimal to near totaled repairs. Each and every time Francesco’s comes out with impeccable job- timely appointment and easy communication, notifications on the process of repairs, clear expectations on the extent and time frame of work, arrangements for rental car pick up, and, of course, at the end, a car that looks like new! Thank you Steve, Francesco and the entire Francesco’s team for years of highest quality professionalism and skill in the work that you do! Highly Recommend!

I picked up my Lexus GX460 today after about a week, and Steve made my 5.5 year-old car look brand new. The repairs were for damage from a minor collision on my way to work, which was covered by my insurance. The repair estimate was also considerably lower than I had expected. What's more, he even fixed some pre-existing damage that was unrelated to the accident, all without any extra charge. I want to praise Steve for his meticulousness and excellent skill, even with the smallest details like tightening hard-to-see screws. I would confidently and highly recommend him to anyone who needs car body restoration. Thank you again, Steve!!!

Best Auto Shop Ever!
This shop is an approved Mercedes dealer and truly sets the bar high. Even in the freezing weather, they conducted the most thorough inspection of the damage, identifying every scratch and potential issue. They handled everything with the insurance company directly, ensuring I received top-notch service.
I got my car back on time and received automated updates throughout the process. To top it off, my car was fully serviced inside and out, even in this cold weather—it was better than what I’ve experienced at an actual Mercedes dealer. Highly recommend this shop for their professionalism, attention to detail, and incredible service!

Francesco's is a very customer focused autobody shop. I had fairly extensive insurance repairs done and they were super communicative, up front about pricing, AND - they made working with my insurance company seamless.
The work they did is making me feel like my car is brand new!! Outstanding finish work and they took care of a bunch of stuff that we discovered when I dropped off the car for the major work.

My experience at Francesco’s Auto Body is definitely one to remember. Steve took a visual inspection of my vehicle and immediately purchased the parts required for repair. I’ve received my date to give my vehicle and it was all done in two days! I’m extremely pleased with this experience and my car looks and smells brand new.
