Zya was great throughout the whole experience! She was attentive and gave me the rundown on all promos, sales and the credit card. What’s most impressive is that she’s been there only 3 weeks, so she’s a fast learner and willing to get better.

I will never return to this gap location. I ordered items for pick up here. When I picked up the order, I trusted that all of the items were in there, so I didn’t check the bag and left. When I got home, I realized I was missing a pair of pants and I called the store, only to Sudley be accused of lying. The manager implied that I indeed had the pens and that she would have to check the cameras ““. She called me back 20 minutes later, not having checked the cameras, but instead putting the associate who packed my bag on the phone so that she could Also say that I should have had the pens I was explicitly, saying I did not have. Finally, the manager said that she would quote just reimburse me “whether or not I had the pants”. I did not have the pants. I don’t care how rampant shoplifting, theft, and scamming are— a store associate should not accuse a customer of stealing without evidence. That was one of the most offensive experiences I’ve had in 2023. Once again, never touching this place again.

Take notice that the GAP has improved their quality and taste recently. This store is great for two reasons: one, the manager Matt is customer service oriented and really goes out of his way to help the customer and two, the staff takes their cues from him and they are also very obliging.

The best clothes that feet well and last long. Usually kids grow out of them before the clothes wear out.
