I received the wrong order from an online purchase and called customer service to get a return label. They told me the easiest way to return it is to drop it off at any GNC store. I finally found a location at Cross County shopping center in Yonkers. The salesperson was both preoccupied (on his phone) and uninformed. He erroneously told me that I had to call customer service (to authorize a refund/return). I explained that I was already instructed by customer service that (if a had an order # and date of purchase) I just had to drop it off at any GNC location. He insisted that I needed to call them with my phone (which I had left in my car). When I suggested that he call them (using the phone that he was on when I came in) he said “I don’t use my phone for GNC stuff”. If his coworker didn’t intervene to inform him that HE was wrong and that he would take care of my return I’d still be standing there trying to contact customer service (to return an order that was GNCs error to begin with). No wonder that these stores are now so hard to find (and are closing).

We enjoyed our stay at Yonkers' Hyatt Place mostly due to its location in a community style mall which has both a walkable urban feel to it as well as plenty of convenient parking and highway connections. It is the location in a very secure building. I would have given it 5 Stars because the employees are very courteous and well trained but the aquarium in the lobby is empty and just sits there making the place look worn.

The useless guy behind the counter spends more time talking to his friends that are in store with him and he waste more time trying to hit on females that are trying to purchase items. so sad

After a long day of work I rushed here. At 8:50 they were already close. A young women looked over at me and continued to walk to the back room. I stayed there 2 minutes to see if she would open. She did not.I've also been here multiple times and 4/5 times, staff seems like they are bothered when I enter. If you know what you want and can be in and out quick its an option. If not, don't bother coming in for help.

If you know what you're looking for the staff will leave you to it and when I was having trouble finding something they showed me all the possible options and laid out the pros and cons of each and even gave me bodybuilding advice. All the staff are very willing and able to help on all matters of things related to nutrition; would recommend if you're looking for any supplements.

So first I walk in and there is no one to be found.Then when the man finally comes out he automatically gives a demeanor as if I was interrupting him.I finally ask for a product after apologizing for bothering him and before I can even finish my sentence he say noThen I begin to ask another question and again he hits me with an abrupt NOI will never go there again

The store is not open at 10am Sunday google or gnc needs to fix the time because a lot ppl are there waiting 10 am
