Whoever answers the phones in the Pharmacy area needs to brush up on their customer services skills. The way this lady talk to me she needs to do it over again. She better get it right and start over again.

UPDATE: well less than a month later we are back the same issues. Last month it was me getting an alert and checking in the website to drive from White Plains to Yonkers to pick up my orders to arrive and they say “oh we need to order it so it will be here tomorrow”. I started to call after checking the website and they would say “you’re all set” for me to arrive and one is not ready or from the fourth time that happened last time, I was very annoyed to say the least. Oh and for almost 9 months I was overpaying for my prescriptions! I previously inquired but never received an answer so I paid the cost to find out I have NO co pays and was only refunded for the previous 90 days. I was told to dispute the charges in my credit card but didn’t want to hurt a small business. Last month I spoke to a gentleman who had ALL my prescriptions ready (yet charged me for the delivery🙄) and then today. I received a text that my 3 prescriptions were “Ready for Pickup”. When I arrived a young boy told me there were two, another cashier said there was one that needs to be prepared now. I wait 20 minutes and ask the boy who stayed “we are getting them in tomorrow and you can come get them’. THEY should deliver for free when THEIR error had ME DRIVE TO THEM. The website says it’s ready, the notifications as well yet when I am standing there the medication is no longer there and I come back again!

This place has went so downhill it’s a shame. I have been overcharged for six months, every month I get the same prescription from then (not anymore soon) and they have to order it. Then my insurance only allows a day prior to the refill. And to add insult to injury I check the website and then I even follow up with a phone call to make sure it’s in because I don’t live close and about seven times at least I went down there and when I show up, they say we don’t have it. It’s not ready, and I have to turn around and go home and then they have the audacity to try and charge me for the delivery. It’s a shame. I like to patronize the small businesses but why would I with them after this craziness? Get better again!

This pharmacy is scores better than any Walgreens or CVS. Their hours are great and the pharmacists are knowledgeable. Hard to justify anywhere else. Don’t change a thing.

My 1 star review is for 1 simple but important reason: Poor communication on prescription deliveries.I understand that delivering prescriptions is a tough job and that no one wants to wait for needed medications but when you tell a patient that a delivery will be during a ceratin timeframe on a given day and then don't show or even contact a client less than 1/4 mile away from your store that entire day, it's a sign that something needs improvement. The reason people love your neighborhood pharmacy is because you are a NEIGHBORHOOD pharmacy. You can either be a good neighborhood pharmacy or a cold corporate pill peddler.....you cannot be both.If I order a pizza and the delivery person is an hour late then I expect some communication. Now, whilst I do understand that prescription drug deliveries aren't the same as pizzas, one could make the argument that they are, in fact, more important than pizza....for some of us.PLEASE COMMUNICATEplease.

Horrible do not use this Pharmacy they are terrible and do not care about patients who have just had Surgery, if you do use them then make sure you count the medication and u see what they gave before u leave….. now I’m being called a liar because of my review, My Review is not false and Dr told me to go to a different Pharmacy that they where just giving me a hard time so that’s what you do when people leave reviews you accuse them of leaving a false review, I had to go to a different pharmacy to get the medication after surgery. My Dr was Furious at them because I had a pretty major Surgery and they tried to say I was drug seeking but I went to a much better pharmacy will not be dealing with them again…be careful anthony with hippa laws and because you messed up my review is false and inappropriate

Get this -- a review from someone who's never set foot inside the store! Among their services, the pharmacy will notarize documents. I'm disabled, and going through a bad patch, although truth be told, I probably could have made it in to the store with a walker. My wife was concerned, and went in first to make sure a chair was available and scout out the situation. She spoken to Steve, apparently the owner who does the notary work. He took it on himself to come out, walk 50 feet to the handicapped space where we were parked, and started to do the work. It gets better. Much to my chagrin, we didn't have a pen, forcing him to walk back and return with one. All for the pittance he receives for his notary work. I cannot thank him enough. My wife tells me the store itself is spacious, clean, and well organized. I can't comment on prices, but if you think you're getting get good value from Walgreen's or CVS, think again. The CEO of Walgreens made over $28 million dollars two years ago. Who do you think is paying for that? I'm guessing Steve doesn't take in quite that much. Please patronize his and other single-owner small businesses. They're the lifeblood of our community. And -- insufficient as they may be -- my sincere thanks for helping us.

My wife and I have been going to Grassy Sprain Pharmacy for many years and it has always been an excellent experience. All the people there are friendly, and very willing to be helpful. The owner of this store has gone out of his way to be of service to us. And, we are grateful for having this pharmaceutical source so close by. Thank you, Anthony for creating such a great atmosphere. In a world that is becoming more and more detached from direct human contact, there are still places around that allow you to connect and engage with other human beings. I am grateful for that.

I had a baby a few days ago and as most moms know, the breastfeeding pain can be excruciating. My doctor ordered a compounded ointment to alleviate the pain. I used to go through Westchester Compounding but since I moved, we decided I would try Grassy Sprain. My doctor called it in and they told her it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Despite the unbearable pain, I continued through the feeds, patiently waiting for the script. I called the next morning and they had no knowledge of my script. It clearly was not ready nor was it being worked on. Someone came back on the phone asking for my demographic and insurance information then quoted me $80 for an ointment that is typically $50. I asked her about this and she checked and confirmed it was $80. Businesses are free to charge as they please, of course, but that price difference combined with not having the script ready for a mother in need, is just unacceptable. Now, the waiting starts again as I wait for my doctor to call in a new script to my original pharmacy. Posting this here in hopes that other moms can avoid this experience. The pain is excruciating and there is no point in delaying potential pain relief so you can feed your baby.

Going here for over 35 years! I would never change. I know people who have moved away from the area and still go there. Amazing personal service :)
