Get this -- a review from someone who's never set foot inside the store! Among their services, the pharmacy will notarize documents. I'm disabled, and going through a bad patch, although truth be told, I probably could have made it in to the store with a walker. My wife was concerned, and went in first to make sure a chair was available and scout out the situation. She spoken to Steve, apparently the owner who does the notary work. He took it on himself to come out, walk 50 feet to the handicapped space where we were parked, and started to do the work. It gets better. Much to my chagrin, we didn't have a pen, forcing him to walk back and return with one. All for the pittance he receives for his notary work. I cannot thank him enough. My wife tells me the store itself is spacious, clean, and well organized. I can't comment on prices, but if you think you're getting get good value from Walgreen's or CVS, think again. The CEO of Walgreens made over $28 million dollars two years ago. Who do you think is paying for that? I'm guessing Steve doesn't take in quite that much. Please patronize his and other single-owner small businesses. They're the lifeblood of our community. And -- insufficient as they may be -- my sincere thanks for helping us.

My wife and I have been going to Grassy Sprain Pharmacy for many years and it has always been an excellent experience. All the people there are friendly, and very willing to be helpful. The owner of this store has gone out of his way to be of service to us. And, we are grateful for having this pharmaceutical source so close by. Thank you, Anthony for creating such a great atmosphere. In a world that is becoming more and more detached from direct human contact, there are still places around that allow you to connect and engage with other human beings. I am grateful for that.

Going here for over 35 years! I would never change. I know people who have moved away from the area and still go there. Amazing personal service :)

If you are in need of a notary, this place is great, helpful, and the hours are very conducive. The charge was minimal. Would absolutely go back to them again.

I had a baby a few days ago and as most moms know, the breastfeeding pain can be excruciating. My doctor ordered a compounded ointment to alleviate the pain. I used to go through Westchester Compounding but since I moved, we decided I would try Grassy Sprain. My doctor called it in and they told her it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Despite the unbearable pain, I continued through the feeds, patiently waiting for the script. I called the next morning and they had no knowledge of my script. It clearly was not ready nor was it being worked on. Someone came back on the phone asking for my demographic and insurance information then quoted me $80 for an ointment that is typically $50. I asked her about this and she checked and confirmed it was $80. Businesses are free to charge as they please, of course, but that price difference combined with not having the script ready for a mother in need, is just unacceptable. Now, the waiting starts again as I wait for my doctor to call in a new script to my original pharmacy. Posting this here in hopes that other moms can avoid this experience. The pain is excruciating and there is no point in delaying potential pain relief so you can feed your baby.

This one star is for the last COVID test I took. I never received my results. I don’t know who’s to blame, the pharmacy, or true north which is the laboratory that they use. Each one blames the other, and I’m left with no answer. Thanks for nothing.

Last week I called about switching prescriptions from CVS. Jeff was wonderful, working with my doctor and Aetna to get the prescription approved. I went today to pick it up and everyone was so nice and helpful and the prices were great - big difference from CVS. Will be switching the rest of my prescriptions to Grassy Sprain and buying what I can there also.

DO NOT go here if you need a pcr test. Their website is misleading!! It says 2-3 days. My husband tested on Sunday morning (I understand nothing goes out on Sunday) but Prophase diagnostic said they just received his pcr test at 11am on WEDNESDAY. I called and asked to speak to the pharmacist. He then tells me it's 3-5 days. According to Prophase Diagnostic they probably sent it FedEx ground. If you plan on testing here and choose not to pay $150 for the expedited pcr, don't bother. It will take a week. There are plenty of other places you can (and should) go.
