I checked in online and chose my room but when I checked in, they said that room wasn't available. Not a fan of this. Train your staff for crying out loud.

Visited family in the Bronx for baby shower celebration ✨️ . We got to hotel with 30 minutes of check-in but had to wait ✋️ they weren't doing early xheck-in.
