Great store and pretty organized just not enough staff on the floor to assist you & checkout seems to always take forever and always as they usually just have 1-2 available staff checking you out.

The Cross County Zara location is absolutely deplorable. Besides it’s extremely long lines and less than professional staff, this store lacks accommodations for their handicapped patrons. I am handicapped, which makes shopping difficult in itself, but to shop at this location with a physical impairment is more difficult than need be. They do not offer any bags or humanity when asked to hold articles of clothing whilst waiting on line. I was not asking for them to recreate the wheel, but only to place my last minute grabs behind the counter for me as I waited online. I was told “NO! We do not place clothing on hold” before I could complete my entire sentence. Once I did complete my entire request I was again told no in a condescending manner. I responded with I am handicapped and what you are doing is against the law. I was then told the manager had to be consulted. Yes, the manager came and I politely showed my handicap credentials. One should not have to go through such lengths just to shop. Zara Cross County should be ashamed. Maybe the BBB should be aware of the lack there of for persons with disabilities in this location. Last time shopping here. I don’t care if it’s last minute or not!!

Store door says 930pm closing time but a very rude sales person practically yelled across the store as we were walking to the dressing rooms that they were closed because the store was closing soon (9pm). That was the third time in about 15 minutes that staff there was less than friendly or down right rude. Will not go back!

On Friday Dec 23rd, after finishing work and having cashed out my check I went to H&M at cross county center mall to buy christmas gifts for my loved ones. Upon looking at clothes in the store i immediately noticed the staff was very rude. Unfortunately while looking for clothes I left my bag ( with my wallet in it and 360$ CASH ) on one of the couches right next to the fitting room. This was my fault and i didn't know where my bag was until i walked into another store. As soon as I realized i forgot my bag i immediately ran back to H&M to look for my bag, hoping all of my belongings would still be in it. As i approached the register and asked if someone had found my bag i was told "yes" in a rude voice with absolutely no empathy. The worst part was that the workers were making games with me not telling me who had my bag or where it was. This did not seem like they were following protocol. One worker said he was a manager DEVIN and then later on another worker said he was the manager JOHN and the original worker was NOT a manager. To make things worse when they finally gave me my bag back i opened my wallet and found that i was left with 15$. Somebody went in my bag and stole most of the money in my wallet. The workers thought it was a joke and they were laughing and making rude comments like "why didn't they take the whole bag from her, that's what i would have done". I asked to see the cameras and they told me there is no camera facing the couch where I left my bag. I started getting the feeling that the staff had taken my money. They just wanted me out of there. The manager John said : dont come for me just cause I was telling him i want to see the cameras. I told him Im gonna call the police, he then said even if i call the police I will need a subpoena first from H&M corporate to be able to release the footages. At this point, after everyone being nasty and rude to me, suspicious and not empathetic at all, not helpful I was convinced that my money was stolen from H&M workers. Right now after 1 week im waiting for H&M main office to come with me with the Subpoena and I have already reported everything at the police.WILL NEVER GO BACK

Worst H&M experience ever. the staff was rude. they advertise wrong pricing on most of the shelves and when ask the staff to check the price or discount they were like buy it or leave it. even talked with H&M customer service but they also failed to resolve this issue.

WOW, what an experience! Haven't been to this store in ages, and decided to step in to shop. INSTANT REGRET. Well, the cashier (male with green hair) was super rude. Asked me to put in my email address which I kindly declined. To which he responded "I don't like when people don't listen to me"...um okay, as far as understand it is customer's decision. Then the card reader wasn't working, so I asked if it was broken, it had a sign "no tap, no apple pay". He goes "it works, i dont know whatchu doing". Meanwhile having this big as* attitude because the lady before me gave him a hard time. I was nothing but nice to him all he had to do was say hi and bye in a nicely manner. In additionthere were 3 cashiers and the line was huge even though there was 1 person before me. Looks like they don't know what they're doing, and hiring anybody. Won't be returning to shop here ever again.

I went in yesterday I haven't been to h&m in such a long time I just went into get a shirtThere was 3 girls up in the frontThey were just talkingThey even looked at me and they didn't even Tell me who was nextuntil the girl in the middle finally said next she didn't even acknowledge me at all didn't say welcome you're total or even told me a payment method etc she was super rude I've honestly never experienced such bad customers serviceshe did not whatsoever look at me just simply proceeded to put the shirt in the bag and handed to me I will never come back here ever again so rude customers serviceI don't have the name because on my receipt it doesn't sayI can't believe this is how stores treat their customers now in days !!!!!!

Nasty and rude manager. The red headed little girl kick me and my little sister out of the store when we were trying to go shopping for their birthday. If the the store is close you should lock the door, NOT kick people out of the store

I really want to give no star but there is no option. I used to love this store ...they don't give you a refund if you don't have your receipt. Basically, I shop for my daughter all the time, one pants didn't fit her so respectfully, I asked, if I could get refund. They said no. I paid with my debit card and the pants has all its tags and H&M logo, untouched and brand new. The cashier was the most horrible cashier I have ever dealt with, and the manger was even worse. I was speaking with him in a low voice, and he raised his voice more and more that most of the customers were staring at us. I had to rush out of the store since he started to make me feel so embarrassed.I don't really know how they can hire whoever comes to the door as a manager in a large store like this one. He is unprofessional, he doesn't know how to speak with the customers and the most important thing is that how to resolve an issue. This guy has no sense of judge of anything.Basically, most of the retail store, as long as you have the merchandise and paid with your debit card, they will give you refund but this store doesn't. I will not go back to this store.I just want to add this to my review I returned the pants in Ridge Hill Branch without the receipt. They asked for my ID and my original card. It was all nonesen in Cross county branch that I can't return.... they should fire the cross county manager because he is lying and incompetent character.I urge all the customers to go to Ridgehill branch ...better set up, more verity and absolutely helpful staffs.

Worst H&M. Both fitting rooms were closed for no reason. When confronted staff about it they were very rude and unhelpful. Why work at a retail store if you are going to be miserable all the time?

The dressing room is unavailable for two or three hours during random hours of the day. Management was rude to clients when asked to talk about this subject.
