Well the staff could definitely learn to be helpful and have a training on professionalism. My family and I went there to purchase a tool box for our garage and it said there were seven on site. Literally, four different people made us go in circles saying there aren’t any. As we were exiting the store, there they all were lined up outside on display outside. Unreal.

This place is run by bunch of lazy people, explain to me how you have 8 people in check out and tell me no one to swap my propane tank or they keep telling me they ran of propane in a meanwhile you see new propane tank this place is garbage and I’m switching my account on Lowe’s. Never seen a bunch of useless people in my life

This a negative review. I will say one positive thing to get it out the way. The paint department is very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating.
Frankly, the Hispanic customer service at the mandated self checkout racially profiled me. I felt so uncomfortable that the attendant put back items I actually paid for! Why? Because, he was “helping me”. More than one person was “assisting me” so I felt ganged up on. Boarder line harassed at the check out line.
Home Depot owes me money for taking back items I paid for during check out.
I see what Tyrese was talking about. I was racially profiled by Hispanics and accused of stealing. The vibe was US vs. THEM. I’ll go to Lowe’s.
This killed my empathy.

Terrible experience!!!
Staff with attitude and don’t care to help.
You keep going from one person to another and I get the same.
No customer service. No care about their place of work.
So disappointed.
Will never go to Home Depot in Yonkers ever again. This is how companies lose business.
Id rather drive a bit further to Lowe’s and have people treat you with respect than deal with such horrible people.

This pro desk turn to the worst of the worst, today they lost a good customer spending well over $100,000 a year I'll bring my business to others branches even if I have to drive a couple of extra miles, this black guy throw my guy's phone what a disgusting manners to treat customers, home depot has to do a way better training

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this Home Depot location. On 12/29, I placed an online order for an item I urgently needed, and the website stated it would be ready for pickup within two hours. However, I never received any notification that my order was ready. By the next day at 4 PM, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called the store to check the status. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone, and my call was rerouted to customer service.
The customer service representative was very kind and did his best to assist me by trying to contact the store, but even he couldn’t get through. It became clear that the issue wasn’t with customer service but with the store’s lack of communication and follow-up. I was depending on this item for an important project the next day, and when the store canceled my order, my husband had to go in person to try to hunt down the item.
This entire experience was disappointing and frustrating. I expected far better communication and service from such a large company. The store’s handling of online orders and in-store pickups leaves much to be desired, especially in terms of order processing, inventory management, and customer follow-up.

This is the reason why Home Depot is gonna fall to Lowe’s. I went to customer service and asked them where an item was, Out of three people, no one can tell me where this object was. Finally, two Employees on the floor were able to help me find exactly what I needed.

I like
