DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP ‼️‼️‼️
THIS IS THE ONLY NAIL SALON I’VE USED. SO TODAY I VISITED THIS SHOP TO GET MY EYEBROWS DONE. ONCE COMPLETE I WENT TO THE COUNTER TO PAY AND IMMEDIATELY TWO EMPLOYEES JUMPED IN MY FACE AND YELLED AT ME IN FRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS ASKING WHY I NEVER LEAVE A TIP AND WHATS WRONG WITH LEAVING A TIP. I EXPLAINED TO THE LADIES THAT MY BOYFRIEND HAS COME IN HERE AND PAID FOR MY SERVICES MANY TIMES AND LEFT A TIP. ONE LADY THEN ASKED “ ISN’T THAT YOU?” “ARE’NT YOU THE LADY?” I THEN SAID MAM REGARDLESS OF WHO YOU THINK I AM, WHAT YOU JUST DID IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. IM NOT SURE IF THEY DID IT BECAUSE IM BLACK BUT IT WAS WRONG. THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE CHANCE TO LEAVE A TIP TODAY BECAUSE OF HOW THEY JUMPED IN MY FACE IMMEDIATELY WHILE APPROACHING THE COUNTER. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

First time there, the lady Julie very nice.
But I think nails is not her specialty I paid $75 for a gel manicure from far it looked nice, But when I got home, I could not believe my eyes. The polish was outside my nail bed only on toe looked decent It was just disgusting. The sign on the wall showed the price at $55 for a pedicure and when it was time to pay, she tells me $75 I question her on the wall it shows $55 , then she says “ oh cause you wanted gel” she should have told me before, which normally nail places do.
I will never go there. They get a big thumbs down from me.

This is my go to place for my pedicure,manicure and eye lashes. The place is clean and relaxing. The workers are all friendly, cheerful and treat everyone with care. I would never hesitate recommending this place to anyone.I always have a pleasant experience everytime I visit this salon.

So I've been a customer of ivy nails. There prices are not reasonable and there in it to take peoples money. I went in today for a full set. I did not do the gell or powder full set. I ended up doing acylic full set!!! They charges me $60. To ad the cherry on top. The used regular polish. I payed $60. Why would they not put the permanent gell. Very upset. I will not be returning to IVY

I went to this salon twice April 18th I got my first set of nails done with powder and got them removed to then do my second set with the blue at may 15th
both were done by different employers(one lady who sits on the right side of the tv is wonderful) however, the person( lady who sits at the very front , right side closest to the entrance) who did my second set must’ve filed too much because by the next week I had to soak my nails in acetone and remove the set to find out I HAD GOTTEN RINGS OF FIRE on my nail beds. It’s been almost the end of the month and while part of it has mostly healed I still have rings on some of my fingers I’ve had to massage my fingers with oils and creams to try and heal what they had done and even then I feel pain. My mother was also displeased with her set as they also filed down to the point it showed parts of raw SKIN on her ACTUAL nails I didn’t think of writing a review after removing the nails because I had no idea what rings of fire as I’ve only ever gotten my nails done for the first time in THIS salon and only knew after researching why my fingers were HURTING me.
PLEASE keep in mind they do not look as bad as when I first removed the set because it’s been almost a month and I’ve been consistently putting oil on my nails to try and fix what they’ve done.
Your best bet if going there ? Only get your nails painted don’t even bother getting powder or acrylic sets THEY WILL end up hurting you or better yet get press ons or tips at your pharmacy. Will not be coming back
Edit. It’s July 27th I will upload a picture of my nails even with me putting oils and creams how bad the nail bed is from the over file with a picture outside as the other doesn’t show as well.

The only thing I get done when I come here are my gel pedicures, and I love it. The price went up a little bit, but totally worth it. I had switched to another place for my toes and they don’t last nearly as long.
The only thing I wish the salon did was covered the foot basins where the water fills up with a plastic net for each use for hygiene reasons

The Salon is always welcoming and accommodating. I have been a customer for many years and have always been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. My nails and toes are always done perfectly and I often receive compliments, even from random people. My manicurist of those many years does amazing precise work. She is very patient, pleasant and very talented. I ever leave the premises without perfection. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful place to go! I have been coming here for years and the service is always amazing! The staff is friendly and Jessica, the owner, is one of a kind. She takes the time to greet every customer and is very helpful.
Love IVY NAILS and will never go anywhere else to get a mani, pedi, waxing or even a massage! The massages are amazing!!!

I will never go to this unprofessional nail place again. To keep it short the girls in that place don't know how to do nails specially powder or acrylic. Save your money they are the worst. I went there for emergency because is next to my Job. AMBER IS THE WORST I'M SURE SHE DOESN'T HAVE A LICENSE, SHE IS HORRIBLE. THEY CHARGE ME 70 DOLLARS FOR SOME UNEVEN SHORT NAILS . THE WORST PLACE I'VE BEEN TO.

I am extremely disappointed ! I can not tell you the amount of times I was stopped by family or coworkers to ask me who did this horrible job on my nails. I’ll show a pic below of what I asked for vs what I got. I cried so much and was charged $200
I definitely do not recommend. If you can not do the job just say that and I would have gone elsewhere instead they did a horrible job and charged me a fortune

One month later after this visit taking my nail polish off I have fungus on my toe from this place this is the first time this has ever happen to meThis salon also lets one person do toes one do nails and if you don’t tip each person enough they will say something to you
