Got sick. Went to urgent care. Normal pharmacy has closed. Used this place. There was a mix up with where my prescriptions went. But the folks here spent a few .inutes on tbe phone and had it straightened out. I was very happy with the service here.

Unable to get needed med yet after 2 days waiting they never called to tell me
When I called to get update the pharmacist tells me to check w Cvs or Walgreens
She claimed that LeMac is a small pharmacy etc etc which still doesn't explain why they didn't call me
THEY SUCK - I expected same service as the same small pharmacy Merk on mc lean ave - bot was I wrong 🤢

Love Le-Mac. Everyone is kind, courteous and professional, even over the phone. Always get greeted at the door. I even receive my Amazon packages there and know they're safe. I've been coming here for a couple of years and will continue my services with them.

I used to like this pharmacy because they were always so nice and pleasant. Things have changed drastically. I came here to get a rapid COVID test ($125). I showed up ten minutes early for my appointment and though there was no one else waiting, the pharmacist and other employees were clearly annoyed. They told me to wait outside. When the person came out to test me, she snapped from four or five feet away for me to give her my date of birth. She ordered me to lower my mask and proceeded to ram the test swab up my nostrils. I thought I had a bloody nose... she then tried to just walk back into the pharmacy. I said 'wait a minute, when can I expect results? Will you call or email???' From start to finish, they could not have been more rude and disrespectful. I will never come back to this pharmacy again.

This pharmacy seems only interested in Covid testing and you cannot get the pharmacy on the phone. I would not recommend them horrible customer service

This is a mom and pop type pharmacy. I switched to this pharmacy after multiple issues with my regular CVS. From day 1 they have been warm and welcoming. They bent over backwards to fix an error that CVS made and fought for me with my insurance. I will never go anywhere else.
