Excellent customer service general manager is very helpful when I ran into a problem with my custom-made baseball cap the previous day.. I called and told him his employee did not design my to what I expected.. the manager redesign my baseball cap with no problem

The last time I went in he looked like he hated his job and I was going to sign up for the membership but it looked like he didn't want to be bothered.
No good.
Honestly if I seen him there I'm walking out and looking in another store or coming back another day.
Stop allowing your EMPLOYEES act like you NEED them. He's very entitled.

On Feb 11th around noon I visited the store to purchase a customized Lids hat for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately the employee in the store was disrespectful, did not show basic customer service skills, said there was no way to check my own hat size, pointed to the register when I was asked if I can customize the lid, and threw the customized form at me. Never looked or talked to any customer. Was on his phone the entire time. Lids managers or someone needs to talk to this employee

Highly unprofessional man with dreads. Rather than assist the customers he just stood on his phone calling people. Never coming back again. Next time Speak with your customers, especially in a store for fittings.

I went with my daughter in December to get a hat for her Dad and this employee named Ashley was very nasty and condescending with her the minute we step through the door. She asked she needed help and when she was about to tell her with a condescending tone she told her that she couldn't hear her even though she was on her phone at the register. She then tried to avoid helping my daughter after that interaction. The guy that helping her had to leave so she was stuck with us and the whole time she was being rude, sarcastic and condescending. When we were doing the processes for the custom name on the hat it took longer than it should have because she was having a conversation with her co workers and when I told her we had to be back in time to pick up my kids and can she speed up the process she was being rude saying that she can only go as fast as she can. all this and she didn't even give us the option to pick it up another day, my daughter had to ask her if it was possible to do that. with that, DON"T SHOP HERE. She was even being that way with other customers as well while we were waiting.

Customer service was great.But 3 stars because I just wish they had more selection of black hats and all grey fitted hats as well as the all black with grey team logo in the middle. It’s seems like every lids has a different selection.

Last night, my husband and I went to Lids at Cross County Mall in Yonkers, and we were the last customers of the day. The lady in the store kindly informed us that the store was closing in 20 minutes. As we were paying, a man, if you can call him that, entered. She told him that the store was closed, and all he did was disrespect her multiple times and ask for the manager's information. The way he behaved was unnecessary, and even as we were leaving the store, he continued to harass her outside with his phone in hand, demanding information on where to complain. I say this because it's not fair that she might lose her job because of someone like him, especially when good customer service is hard to come by.

Very slow service, currently at counter with 7 people behind me fir atleast 10 minutes because lids have one employee doing every thing. He's currently doing designs on hat while the check out kine backs up. If you're just trying to grab something and go then don't visit this location
