I went with my daughter in December to get a hat for her Dad and this employee named Ashley was very nasty and condescending with her the minute we step through the door. She asked she needed help and when she was about to tell her with a condescending tone she told her that she couldn't hear her even though she was on her phone at the register. She then tried to avoid helping my daughter after that interaction. The guy that helping her had to leave so she was stuck with us and the whole time she was being rude, sarcastic and condescending. When we were doing the processes for the custom name on the hat it took longer than it should have because she was having a conversation with her co workers and when I told her we had to be back in time to pick up my kids and can she speed up the process she was being rude saying that she can only go as fast as she can. all this and she didn't even give us the option to pick it up another day, my daughter had to ask her if it was possible to do that. with that, DON"T SHOP HERE. She was even being that way with other customers as well while we were waiting.

Customer service was great.But 3 stars because I just wish they had more selection of black hats and all grey fitted hats as well as the all black with grey team logo in the middle. It’s seems like every lids has a different selection.

Last night, my husband and I went to Lids at Cross County Mall in Yonkers, and we were the last customers of the day. The lady in the store kindly informed us that the store was closing in 20 minutes. As we were paying, a man, if you can call him that, entered. She told him that the store was closed, and all he did was disrespect her multiple times and ask for the manager's information. The way he behaved was unnecessary, and even as we were leaving the store, he continued to harass her outside with his phone in hand, demanding information on where to complain. I say this because it's not fair that she might lose her job because of someone like him, especially when good customer service is hard to come by.

Very slow service, currently at counter with 7 people behind me fir atleast 10 minutes because lids have one employee doing every thing. He's currently doing designs on hat while the check out kine backs up. If you're just trying to grab something and go then don't visit this location

Michael, store manager was so helpful, friendly and patient. I called looking for a specific item and he was able to get me exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be shopping at this location again. Thank you!

My go to store when it comes to hats, specially customized hats. From start to finish the Store Manager Michael and the Assistant Store Manager also Michael were so helpful in explaining the process of customizing the hats and being super patient in explaining the process. I'm super grateful for these employees representing the company cause I have had terrible interactions with other employees in other Lids (Bay plaza location). I ended up getting 3 hats and all 3 customized, I will definitely return thank you Michael for being so awesome!

Is sad how the skinny girl working there today 3/12/23 around 3-4 pm was cursing in front of little kids and talking about races and how the manager is been races about hiring new ppl to work in the store all loud in the store while we shoped.really nasty mouth. will never go back to the store, all costumer was looking at each other like what is going on here, and she keeped cursing and using the "N" word like nothing. Sorry but i was not feeling confortable shopping here.

The store manager Yarisel Taveras was very kind and patient while helping us. We walked out very happy with our purchase and the phenomenal customer service. Love this store.

Visited the store to get some last minute Yankees hats for a game and loved the vibe at this store.All the guys were incredibly helpful and friendly!!!The ambiance felt great as well and loved that prices are not crazy!!!!!Keep up the good work!!!!

It is Located across from Finish Line or Left of Wells Fargo bank..This location has a decent selection. Gabby was very helpful, she guided me through the engraving process and was patient . I signed up for the premium because you get discounts on the hats and engraving .

Needed a quick birthday present for a friend. It took me longer to find the store in this mall than to get what I needed. Wish I got the gentleman's name! Told him what wanted. He walked me over the area and helped me select the items inside 2 minutes. Than you sir.
