I brought in 2 polo's and 1 pair of black pants for dry cleaning last Thursday. I then picked them up today on Monday.
As you can see in the photos. The black polo shirt was hung correctly. As for the white shirt, it was saddled on the hanger where you can not see the collar as it was facing inward.
After arriving home i removed the plastic and took out the hanger with the white shirt. Only to noticed that the collar looked the same as when i first handed the shirt over for dry cleaning last Thursday.
This is not the first time that i had issues with this dry cleaner. I had 2 other instances.
One was with the tailor, who wrongly sized up the length of a pair of brand new dress pants. The tailor accused me of lying. I ask the clerk to get me a tape measure. There right at the front counter we measured and the size was off by a 1/4 inch. The other was a brand new silk tie that was stained with chemicals that they did not informed me of. It took for me to get home and find the problem with the tie. They ask me to bring the receipt for the tie which i bought from Macy's. Which i obilged and eventually they kept the tie but paid me to purchased a brand new one.
In both instances the issues were resolved but with some resistance. Also, what bothers me is that they continue to make these same mistakes.
What type of employees do they hired. Are they off the street with no experience. Or they just don't care.
I stayed away from this cleaner since September of 2023, to see if they improved. Only to return ten months later for the same experience. Bad workmanship and business pratices.

I have been cleaning my clothes here for 6 years, had only one issue once and they resolved it very quickly. Not the best cleaning service, but it is good, especially considering the pricing. Highly recommended.

I’m late on this review, since Life Cleaners, Ross, and his amazing staff, and their attention to detail on every service they provide, has been impeccable for the almost 2 decades I’ve been using their services. From my general shirts and slacks, to wash and fold, same day service, stain removal, replacing buttons that I didn’t know fell off, the meticulous work by his tailor, the very convenient hours, and everything else they do for every other customer, they are amazing. Years ago I stopped using Life Cleaners because Ross the Owner was so rude and really did not care I was a customer so I went to Absolut Cleaners...they are great! Yet, I still used Life for tailoring because it was convenient and honestly the tailor did a great job. Today, tried to get a jacket tailored and while talking to the tailor, he decided a phone call was more important then talking to a customer and he walked away never coming back. The staff there said the work can not be done but the tailor never took a serious look but said he could not do the work.....but again never looked at the coat closely. This is another example of the laziness of that staff. Something appears to be hard....just say no. Ross, great job.To the follow up. How can an honest answer be given when he does not even look. He wasn't even able to shorten the sleeves.Absolut Cleaners did it with not one issue in a matter days. He was quick to pickup a personal phone call and walk away. Your business deserved a negative review a long with your staff.Services: Clothes pressing

Excellent service!!! They go out of their way to make it convenient for the customer. Walked in on emergency basis with a formal dress needing pressing and they took care of it. Absolutely love Dixon and Stephanie.
