Excellent experience! We walked into this location after having a few lousy experiences at other mattress stores in the area. After dealing with associates just trying to upsell us, and being quite rude when we made it clear we were on a budget, we didnt think finding a bed was going to be easy... Then we met Jeffery and realized all we needed was an associate willing to talk with us, and listen. He was nice, attentive, asked us our needs and within 5 minutes of talking to us, we were laying in our new bed. We're a couple with polar opposite opinions on what a comfortable bed is, and I couldn't be happier finding the perfect compromise we can both be comfortable with. Delivery was a breeze too, currently typing from my new bed to say thank you to Jeffery and mattressfirm for making this such an easy experience!

An excellent experience! Andre was the sleep expert who helped us choose a mattress and now I understand why his title is sleep expert. He walked us through various mattress options in our comfort range and took his time to explain the features of each mattress. As a native side sleeper I didn't expect to find a mattress and position where I'd be comfortable on my back, but with an adjustable frame we found just that. Andre was a huge help and I highly recommend this location if you're in the market for a new mattress.

Danielle was absolutely a mattress oracle. She knew all her facts about each mattress and didn’t waste your time trying to make a sale. She showed us everything that fit our criteria and she tried to get us the best deal possible. Her customer service skills is top notch and her rapport with customers is how she gets people coming back. If you come to this store location request her to help you out.

I recommend Mattress Firm. We got a few items and had a great experience. Danielle took care of us and she was great. She was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and overall provided excellent customer service. Danielle gets 200% rating from us! My experience here was amazing! Walked in not knowing exactly which mattress I wanted. Frank really showed me the difference between them and I was able to buy the perfect mattress in my price range.
