Guy is a thief. Sold me 2 cheap phones for 500 dollars. Said there were no promotions. My brother in law got the same phone for 120 and a free month. Stay away at all cost. Have had metro for over 12 years. Will be leaving metro.

Great customer service!!! They actually have new management now!! Was not happy at all with their old management. They actually offer so many discounts on phones, accessories etc. they take their time with you, actually listen to what you need & try their best to work with you. Been here a few times & will definitely keep coming back!

They are very dishonest in that store. The most annoying part is employees just don't care about nothing. They give bad advice and are just interested in sales for their commission. I will not do business with them ever again or even recommend any one to go there. If you decide to go there for a service of any kind pay attention before they do something to your phone!

I went to this store with my granddaughter and the employee told me that to make me a better person, MetroPCS offers free phones and I only have to show my social security number. After calling my son on my granddaughter's cell phone, my son sent me home but quickly.

PLEASE don't rely on this store. They barely have phones to offer. They don't even have display on the store either. SOMETHING IS NOT LEGIT ABOUT THIS STORE. THE MANAGER IS NEVER THERE TO ASSIST. THE STORE IS RUN BY A WHOLE BUNCH OF YOUNG THUGS THIEVES AND THEY ARE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS.
I went to this store the day after I bought the phone and they refuse to give you a new phone or give me my money back. They are very slick, when I got the store, the staff did basic diagnostics and I was told to go home and wait 1 hour for phone to work.
Within the past 10 days ( today is 7/1/24). I went back to the store 7 times with a non working phone. They prolong the days to avoid the 14 DAYS RETURN POLICY.

Store will be under investigation with MetroPcs Corporate. PLEASE EVERYONE DON'T GO TO THIS STORE PLEASEEEE. This store is running a scam. Andy and his manager are offering good deals for new phones to existing customer. If you are an existing customer seeking for a new phone, they make you select a phone and open a new line then call metropcs customer service number and cancel the new line and then swab your old number. Their method is a complete scam. They tell you to go home and wait 30 minutes for the transfer. Hours pass and the transfer don't go through. You as the customer is obligated to call metropcs to find out the issue to them majority of the phones they are selling are LOCKED PHONES and reported lost or stolen. And not much you can do because the staff at this store will NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.

Brandon was a complete condescending jerk.
Myself and wife went there and expressed interest in a particular phone which Brandon talked us out of. In as many words he told us basically that we were too old to understand how to figure out how to use the phone. That was the first red flag where we should have turned and walked out.
Then, wanting to engage in conversation he asked what I did for a living. I told him I was a retired police officer. Brandon then went on a tirade about his dislike for law enforcement and his bad experiences with cops. 2nd red flag, should have turned and left.
Finally we picked phones and ni notice Brandon putting clear plastic phone protector on front of phone which we had not requested. He said everyone gets this at $35 a pop.
Do yourself a favor, if you walk in this place to do business and the sales guy introduces himself as BRANDON do yourself a favor and turn around and walk out. I wish I had. What a jerk.

What a bunch of scamming thieves. My son went to pick up a new phone after his was stolen. The Metro PCS store located at 799 Yonkers Avenue in Yonkers, NY. We thought we activated a new phone after paying 175 bucks, but no service was available. The manager named Henry claimed two major cell services were merging with T-Mobile so service would start after about two hours. Well after five hours and three trips to the store no service and we had a 175 dollar paperweight. We wanted to return the phone that never worked and was told we had to pay 75 bucks for the activation fee. ‘“What activation fee, the phone was never activated “. Well a worker named Nigel was very nice after Henry left and tried to contact several people to get a code to get us our money. The owner wanted to steal 75 bucks for doing nothing. Nigel, after trying three phones finally got one that worked so we wouldn’t be out 75 dollars. Can you imagine a business running like this.

If I could give zero I would. My daughter went in to get her port out pin/transfer pin, only after speaking with customer service and being told to go to her closest Metro PCS store in person so they could give it to her. Of course once she told them why she was there and what she wanted they gave her the run around and was told “We can’t do that here just call customer service…but if you’d like to upgrade for $350.00 down and a monthly payment for next 24 months we can help you”! Are you serious she just wanted the pin & didn’t need the whole song & dance trying to upsell her. Nonetheless she left frustrated without getting the pin and was not paying out of pocket for an upgrade. Went the next day to Metro PCS in white plains on Mamaroneck Ave. Spoke with Stephanie, she got on the phone with customer service & got her account number & port out pin / transfer pin & we were out the door in 5 minutes! I highly recommend that store and especially her!
