What a bunch of scamming thieves. My son went to pick up a new phone after his was stolen. The Metro PCS store located at 799 Yonkers Avenue in Yonkers, NY. We thought we activated a new phone after paying 175 bucks, but no service was available. The manager named Henry claimed two major cell services were merging with T-Mobile so service would start after about two hours. Well after five hours and three trips to the store no service and we had a 175 dollar paperweight. We wanted to return the phone that never worked and was told we had to pay 75 bucks for the activation fee. ‘“What activation fee, the phone was never activated “. Well a worker named Nigel was very nice after Henry left and tried to contact several people to get a code to get us our money. The owner wanted to steal 75 bucks for doing nothing. Nigel, after trying three phones finally got one that worked so we wouldn’t be out 75 dollars. Can you imagine a business running like this.

If I could give zero I would. My daughter went in to get her port out pin/transfer pin, only after speaking with customer service and being told to go to her closest Metro PCS store in person so they could give it to her. Of course once she told them why she was there and what she wanted they gave her the run around and was told “We can’t do that here just call customer service…but if you’d like to upgrade for $350.00 down and a monthly payment for next 24 months we can help you”! Are you serious she just wanted the pin & didn’t need the whole song & dance trying to upsell her. Nonetheless she left frustrated without getting the pin and was not paying out of pocket for an upgrade. Went the next day to Metro PCS in white plains on Mamaroneck Ave. Spoke with Stephanie, she got on the phone with customer service & got her account number & port out pin / transfer pin & we were out the door in 5 minutes! I highly recommend that store and especially her!

Good morning to all listeners I went to Metro to pay my bill and I saw the home internet and I was thinking of getting one but not right now the salesman convince me to take it now The Price is Right so I think about it and I decide to go for it it's the best thing

On New Years Eve 2021 I went to this Metro by T-Mobile store on Yonkers Avenue with my wife to upgrade her phone. Alex helped us and was a true professional in all that he did for us. My wife got a new Samsung A32 and she absolutely loves it. There was zero wait time, and he was able to do everything we needed. Their customer service exceeded all expectations. In addition, the other gentleman working there was Henry and he was a very friendly and knowledgeable person as well. Together they made our experience perfect. Way to bring in the new year! Keep up the great work guys!

This review is specifically regarding the gentleman that works at Yonkers ave location. In my many visits to the store he is always working alone with no help. Despite being overworked, he is professional, courteous, knowledgeable about every product and service and he manages the location and crowding impatient customers well. I would like to get into touch with his superior to extend my appreciation and let the owner or manager know how satisfied I am. This is by far the best location in Yonkers and metro Owes it all to this gentleman.

I inquired about making a purchase of two phones for $80.00 under the current promotional deal which were ported lines from Cricket Wireless. The clerk Alex assisted me for roughly an hour and half and I received the two phones and a phone case in which he mentioned was free. The total was $143.35, which I paid cash. I never received a receipt, only a print out and not an itemized receipt. It was odd, so I contacted customer service,611. I was told the price was different, much less and advised by customer service to go back to get a receipt. I returned to the store the next day, a female clerk printed out my receipt, which reflected the purchase of 2 phones, a phone case of 34.99 and ear buds for 17.99. I asked to speak with the manager Willie, which was unavailable. He told the female worker that I needed to come in the next time Alex worked. I returned the next day, I was greeted by Alex and he became irate and refused to give me my money back in full. He did try to hand me a 20.00 bill as compensation. I am utterly disappointed with the level of distrust and unprofessionalism I have experienced thus far with this company. I'm sharing my experience with this store because what happened to me can happen to anyone making a purchase.
