Terrible service at the registers. Saturday, November 1st, 4:00 PM. A very long line to pay. Only one cash register!!!??? I waited 25 minutes to pay even though there was only one person ahead of me. A little respect for customers, please!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I had a really disappointing experience at Michael’s today. I was doing an Instacart order and needed help finding a specific item. The associate working in the aisle didn’t even try to help me locate it. Instead, she wasted time lecturing me about how Instacart works, which was completely unnecessary and honestly insulting. I’ve been doing Instacart for over two years — I know exactly how it works. Michaels is a very hard store to navigate through.
All I needed was quick assistance, but her attitude made the situation frustrating and uncomfortable. Employees should focus on helping customers, not giving condescending “lessons” when someone asks for help. Really poor customer service and a bad impression overall.
