The manager of the store said that she was too busy to help me packing online orders. And when I asked her if she can call someone to help me she said that they were busy as well. Didn’t even bother to ask me what I needed help with. As the manager of the store I would think she would put customers first, but I guess not. I ended up walking out very disappointed with the manager of the store.

I want to give zero stars. I wrote this email to the CEO and customer service of Michaels and didn't get a response so I posted it on their Facebook page. They removed it and called me to tell me they are sorry for the confusion. I explained to them that I am not confused. A sign is posted interior store stating one thing and they are doing another. I then posted the question "Why was my post removed and that was removed?" Micheals doesn't care about their customers and the value for the costs at the store isn't worth it since they only have 20% off coupons.This is what the email read:Once again I have a complaint about your store in cross county Yonkers New York. I made a purchase online for in store pickup. I walked into the store, did some shopping, went over to the self pick up station, found my bag then went to the counter to pay for my other items. When I approached the checkout desk the cashier asked for my name and ID. At first I didn’t realize he was talking to me. I asked why Does he need that information and he said because I made a pick up of an online order. He said I had to show him I’d and sign for the package. In all the michaels stores that I have picked up online items I have never been asked for ID unless the item was brought to me from an employee from behind the counter. I told him that not required and he told me it’s always required. That isn’t true and I believe this is a case of racial profiling. If I didn’t need additional items I would have taken the bag and walked out. If he had a customer he wouldn’t know I picked up a bag and I would have walked out. Asking me for I’d unnecessarily could have gone several ways however I showed him my ID knowing that I was going to send this email of complaint. I am attaching photos of the pick up station that clearly states HELP YOURSELF TAKE YOUR ORDER FROM THE BIN AND LEAVE THIS SLIP HERE. This location is the worst Michaels I have ever shopped. The workers are young and unprofessional, no one is on the floor to help and the checkout line is always long because there only one cashier working. I will not shop here anymore because I am not valued as a customer.

Whats unique about this place is the excellent customer service, from the cashiers to the staff in the store when I asked for assistance. They are very pleasant and seems definitely happy to be working there. ,

I had a wonderful experience at your craft store! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They guided me through different crafting materials and provided valuable suggestions for my project. I appreciate their patience and friendly attitude, making my visit enjoyable and successful.

The customer service at this store EXTRAORDINARY!I want to highlight three associates in particular.Khadijah, Rosario, and Justin!Rosario designed a great piece for me so that I could use in store frames. She saved $200. Khadijah labored tirelessly to make sure that I found exactly what I needed to suit my framing needs. Justin helped me with a pre assembled frame. All three of these associates went above and beyond and deserve to be recognized for their complete customer service!Well done!

Almost always empty which makes it great for finding products. Staff is healthful too.

Asked the cashier that wasn't doing anything at the time if she could help me and direct me to the right aisle but she said she didn't know to ask someone on the floor and turned her back. RUDE!!!! Self checkout was Great ? no attitude no nada

Its big. Its organized. The only constructive criticism is that the cashiers need more training. Two of them couldnt figure out how to apply the mil discount. Wouldve been a 5 star. :)

Great location, right off the parkway with plenty of parking, in and out very quickly. This Michael's is one of the stores that carries the most. Is located next to Cross Country Center.
