I called before I went they told me that I should come in. I went in and it was busy and it took a while before they started my pedicure. I requested a gel pedicure and the lady was bothered by me being there. She didn’t bother to clean the tools or anything. My 7 yo niece can do a better job and I told to fix them she tried but it was too late. She had already cut my toe nails different shapes. Then she didn’t bother dry them well. She just wanted to get rid of me the whole time. Her attitude was nasty, and she was talking about me in Spanish thinking I don’t understand. Then she told me to go to the other tech for my nails and she came and sat with her and kept talking in Spanish and laughing. She kept distracting the second tech. The second tech was ok but she butchered my nails and hurt me more than once. And when it was time to pay even tho they told me the price before for what I wanted. They increased the price 10 dollars just because I wasn’t a Hispanic. They kept looking me down for a tip which I gave even tho they don’t deserve it. If you’re not Hispanic I don’t recommend at all. Not a clean place or a good environment.

Worst mani ever. Homegirl gave me the side eye before I even sat down. She tried to extend a broken nail with some uv gel, got it stuck to my finger tip and was ripping my skin trying to take it off with every tool she had, then called for help to get it off. Ps it didn't work and my nail looks mad deformed. She made me bleed in 3 different places. She used her dirty microfiber cloth on my hands and used everything but acetone to clean my nails. Then in a genius move she put oil all over my nails before my gel mani. The gel chipped off THE SAME DAY! She then charged me for the messed up nail extension.
Absolute garbage. Don't go here for nails or relaxation unless you love the smell of burning hair, the risk of catching some disease and a Bluetooth speaker on full volume.
Edit: their gel mani didn't last 4 days

Being new in Yonkers it has been a challenge finding a good nail salon I've tried a few of the places was not satisfied. I decided to just Google nail places in the area which I live and this salon really Drew my attention especially with the positive reviews when I called the owner was so pleasant and very very polite. She told me I can come in didn't have to make an appointment and I got dressed went in there and I felt like it was the best place ever the staff are great it seems very family-oriented. I'm not Spanish but I love the culture and the embrace that they showed me. It is also a salon so I am also coming back to get my hair done. Cheers to you Mimi's!!!!

I'm only giving it a 4 star because the owner Yori is a sweetheart. She tries to make sure everyone is happy and she is truly trying to do right by her customers. However, most employees there are extremely unprofessional. There's only a VERY few that work with professionalism. Ask for Stephanie if you decide to go to this place. I had a woman do my nails while screaming, cursing fighting with her son infront of my face. Others drink and eat while doing ppls nails. Recently had a woman drinking beer and pizza during the entire time she was doing my nails. I had to pay more for parking because she kept on getting up to get more pizza and drinks. My husband refuses to go with me because he felt so uncomfortable there,workers were twearking dancing on the floor last time he went. I've even witness fights amongst each other while there. The price for the nails and services are truly great and I guess that's why many keep going back. But I've decided that I rather pay a bit more but have a stress free environment. After all you go to a spa to relax. Right?
