Same as others, left bc of new management. Was so better before. I was coming here for over 10 yrs. Dr. Greenburg was the only doctor that solve me keratectasia problem after dozens failed.

I ordered new lenses five weeks ago, and was promised they would arrive in about seven days. There is no indication when they will arrive. The employees at this office act as if it is not there problem.In response to your reply below: Thanks for reaching out and our conversation. I appreciate your disappointment at the delays and the lack of responsiveness I experienced. Perhaps the problem I experienced is only with this one location. It's unfortunate that there isn't a more direct way to contact your company in the event of a problem. I would have preferred not to air this problem on social media, but was left no alternative.

My Eye Doctor is a great office. They have very convenient online scheduling. I went in to check out the frames before making an appointment & Maegan was very informative & professional. I would definitely recommend!

My Eye Doctor is a trendy office in Yonkers that has a great selection of eye wear. Maegan was a super friendly receptionist & she also helped me choose my frames. I highly recommend the Mclean Ave location in Yonkers.

The nicest , professional staff , I been coming to this office for a few years now and the customer service and doctors friendliness is just beautiful. The offices are always great, clean . Extremely neat place to have your eyes , lenses and contacts visits. Very satisfied . Maegan, Diana, Rayven, & Fatima are wonderful!Nuvi lebowitz

Had a great experience here. My contact lens fitting only took 25 minutes or so and I'm happy with the prescription I received. The online booking was also very convenient.

I waited over a hour to found out, they don’t take walk-in. If they don’t have any available appointments they will not see you, doesn’t matter how serious the visit is. Plus the reception has a very sassy nasty attitude. However Biagio Mignone would take you no matter what, exactly if it’s an emergency. They are very nice, polite, respectful and fast.

Have been coming here for years for my son's glasses which he wears 24/7 and under new management his order was screwed up. I was told numerous times over the phone and in person that they will call be back with an update and they never did. At this point I am removing my service from this place until they consider and value a client's needs.

I have been a patient for many years. Since the place changed to EyeMed, it has significantly gone down in quality, service and reliability.After my eye exam in July 2022, went to pick up the new frame and lenses after a vacation in October. After many weeks, I narrowed down problems with my health to the new prescription.I went back and my left eye's prescription was slightly changed, the 2nd set of new lenses were ordered at no cost.When I wore these in Nov/Dec 2022 I developed headaches. It was determined that the new prescription was missing the progression making them unsuitable for daily work. The third set of lenses were ordered at no cost.In January 2023 I tried the final lenses and I was not able to see with them either. My old 4 years lenses did fine instead.A new eye exam was issued, new prescription was give and now I had to pay for new lenses because I was told they made them four times (I only count three)1. One of the retries were 100% the location's fault 2. None of the lenses ever worked for me. I never had such problem with any lense in my life wearing prescription for decades.Now they upsold new prescription of a wider area of prescription I never heard of and that was never offered prior. My point is, I have paid for a product in Summer 2022 but I have not been able to use it by March 2023 and it has impaired my heath numerous times. This is not serious healthcare.

I've been coming here for 15 years and sad to say that I don't think I'll come back since the new management. Rudy is the only friendly face, everyone else is just there for the $ and it seems like there are premium charges for breathing now. I'll stay a bit longer and hope it improves. Bring Dr Greenberg and Lisa back.

I CALLED AND WAS ABLE TO WALK IN AND THEY HELPED ME RIGHT AWAY. THE STAFF WAS PROFFESIONAL STARTING WITH THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE NURSE THAT HELPED ME ALSO THE DOCTOR THAT TOOK CARE OF ME. THIS PLACE IS STATE OF THE ART AND EVERYONE IS VERY HELPFUL .

I'm so glad I didn't allow the negative reviews to dissuade me from coming here- everyone was especially kind and courteous.Dr. Mark Greenburg was exceptional and spot on with my contact lens prescription. He helped me pick contacts that were comfortable and appropriate for my astigmatism and dry eyes. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with answering all my questions.Rudy was also very helpful in ordering my contacts and even gave me extra samples because my contacts would lens order would be delayed. I really appreciated him going the extra mile.I would definitely recommend them and return for future eye care.
