I’ve been to this salon twice, and while my first experience was great, my second visit was disappointing. A nail tech with glasses did my nails this time, and I was told it would be $55 just like my first appointment but I was charged more because of the “length,” even though it was the exact same as before. What’s worse, while she was using the drill, it slipped and cut my cuticle. She wasn’t paying attention, and the tool literally scraped my skin, leaving a painful cut. That felt extremely unprofessional and careless. I expected better service, especially after a good first impression.

Good service, clean , community oriented. Staff becomes like family. They are consistent and make sure you leave satisfied.

Everyone is so nice kind and sweet and every single tech is amazing at their craft 22yrs and counting and I can def count on them they're like family I love Nancy Nails!❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I’ve been going to this nail place for a very long time: years.. they’re simply the best! No matter where I may go at times depending on where I may be for a one off - I’ve always returned to Nancy nails. Owners are a really nice couple along with their staff. My tech 7 is the best!

Very well done. This is my second time getting my birthday nails by their wonderful manicurist. I trust he’ll do my nails as good as last year. They are so nice and take time for and pride in their work. Their waxing is gentle and they make sure you are comfortable. Wonderful work

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve been coming to this nail salon (specifically the guy named Seven) for quite some time now. I usually like how he does my nails and always leave the salon happy. Today I went and got my nails done and I asked for the most simple thing. A white French with a pink base and I even showed him a picture. I wasn’t too happy with how they came out because the pink base was see through. Later on when I told him I didn’t like the nails, he said it was my fault and that I picked pink. And when I told him the picture I showed him was pink but no see through, he got annoyed and told me that he does not want me to come back to the salon anymore or ever do my nails again. I think that was very unprofessional and I will never be coming back to this nail salon. By the way, this ugly nail set cost me $85 and I gave him a tip. The top pic is what I showed him and the bottom pic is what I got .. not happy at all, he didn’t even bother to clean my cuticles

I went to do my nails and they were acrylic. They charged $75. I went home and by the next day the nails started falling off.

I've been looking for a nail salon in my area for years and came across this Nancy Nails a few months ago...The owner is AMAZING and always welcoming. The last time I came here the lady that took care of me had a attitude. I brushed it off. So today I came in for a mani and a filling and the same lady took care of me. She still had a attitude and was aggressive with my hands and told me I went somewhere else to do my nails, which I haven't. Asked her to do a design and she got a attitude and started to rush me and told me that I am taking up her time.
I ENDED UP NOT GETTING THE DESIGN I WANTED AND SHE DIDNT DO MY NAILS RIGHT, MY NAILS WHICH ARE NATURAL ARE NOW CROOKED. Thank God I atleast like the color.
Now I have to come back and pay again to get my nails done right. I will not be going back to her!
Andy, Tony and all the other ladies are nice except the lady at the 2nd desk to your right!

This is not a very good place they don’t have good products, I got my nails done a few times here and one of more fall off the same day. The last time I came here almost all nails fell off by the second day. The people are nice here but they need to invest in better products. I’m gonna stop wasting my time with trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Good luck if you do.

I have been coming in for over a year and this place never disappoints. Prices are very reasonable. Service is great. Make sure you make an appointment because its always packed.

The staff is very nice. I’ve been coming here since I was 14/15yrs old. I am in my late 20’s & I just can’t leave them
They are very welcoming every time I walk in. Everyone here is good at what they do.
They also do eyebrows and lash extensions in the back. No appointments needed. I personally call them ahead of time to see how many people they may have waiting and let them know I’m omw so they can be ready for me or take my time to get to them if they are that busy. They can get busy but what good salon wouldn’t be?
