We opened three accounts and we were told we would get the bonus. We only received one and called the bank, they told us only one per household. The associates lied to us so we would open the accounts. The bank sucks, never got my debt card after calling twice and the app is so annoying.

I've been with this bank since it was Yonkers savings and loans. They know us (my family and me) on first name basis. Love them!

This branch is the most unprofessional and no work ethics having office I have ever been to. The older lady I believed named Maria .. always yelling out to customers about their personal bank business. You walk in and she thinks she knows your business. She thinks she is so smart but she isn’t . This must be her first job. This bank charges for fees that don’t even make sense . I would give a big fat zero if I could .

Employees are friendly and helpful. ATM on site. Banking software is user friendly and reliable.
